My name is Bhakti bagwe. Me and my friend Nirmiti Patil had joined Talwalkars Goregaon west on 21st February 2020. We gave the full fess (₹7600/-) to Mr. Kiran. And he didn’t even give us the receipt. So we don’t know whether the money is gotten into the right hands. As we just went for 20 days and then the gym was shut down because of covid. They didn’t bother us to give online tutorials or anything that wound compensate our membership. So after the government’s notice regarding gym opening, we went in December 2020 asking for the extension of our membership. The watchman said that the gym is under renovation and we kept on going and this answer was given till January 2020. So we went again on 6th February 2021, and luckily the gym was reopened and we met the staff and they said that the gym was permanently closed. They didn’t even inform us about the gym closure. As a customer we have rights to be informed earlier. After lock down instead of opening gym and instead of informing members, they simply sold gym to some other company. We lost our 7 months money which was a hefty amount. And as we our college students we cannot afford to see our money wasted without even using the resources. We want our refund. I am writing again because you people marked as resolved. If not resolved I will go legally on the national consumer forum website again.
