Hello my name is Bhakti Bagwe. Me and my friend Nirmiti Patil had joined talwalkars Goregaon west branch on 21st feb 2020. We had paid 7 Months full fees (₹7600/- each) to Mr kiran. And he didn’t even give us the receipt. So we are not sure whether our money was used in a right way? But unfortunately lockdown happened. After the gyms were opened in December 2020 we went there to ask about the refunding or extension of our Membership, so they said the gym is under renovation. And we kept on going and this happened till January 2021. We went on 6th feb 2021 and the staff said the gym is permanently closed. They didn’t even inform us about the closure as we have rights as a costumer. After lock down instead of opening gym and instead of informing members, they simply sold gym to some other company. We lost our 7 months money which was a hefty amount. And as we are college students we don’t earn and cannot afford to see our money get wasted. We want our refund back.
