Talwalkars Fitness Solution — Talwalkars Fitness Solution gym shutdown - membership fee not refunded

Hi,

I joined talwalkars gym in ranchi Jharkhand along with my 2 friends. Took a complete one 6 month membership by paying rs. 7000/- each

However since sep 1 until now the gym is closed. They put up a notice saying the gym is under maintenance. However there is no maintenance going on and today when i went to check even the notice has been removed and they are not even receiving calls.

This is a complete case of fraud and i would like my membership fee refunded as i did not utilize the membership even for 5 months.

Please help.
