Abhishek From virar west was enroll with the talwakar virar east branch I took Talwalkar gym membership in May 2012 under Rs/- 10, 000 refundable Deposit skim and agreement was completed in MAY 2014. I notified them in writing in April 2014 that i don't want to continue membership please refund my deposit. Now almost a year and i didn't got my money back. Whenever i try to reach out to them either their phone is not reachable or they will not pick up and if i go to their office they say it’s under process and we will call you back in a week. I am following up since last JUNE no proper response. There are many members who are waiting for these checks. I Completely agree with Abhishek. even I am suffering since last one year and still haven't received any refund which was again fixed deposit scheme of 15, 000/-. I was asked to give blank cheque and it was supposed to get refunded in my account directly. I don't see it happening. on top of it, the branch seems to be closed down. No one is responding to calls. Heights o[censored]nprofessionalism under the name of brand.
