No Water supply for more than two months for connection no.009/020/00162. Kindly rectify immediately

Water tax payment not updated for bill no.009/01/2/20-21/0010215 in the name of S MADANAGOPAL

Dear officer,

In Moovar street, East Tambaram, Chennai 600059, waste handling personnel do not collect garden waste, construction waste, cardboard cartons, used diapers of elders and children. In other streets in the locality it is collected. Every time we request them they say we can not collect. Pls. address.

In our street for the past one week there is no worker from corporation came to pickup the waste. When asked about that, the worker is not responding properly. All the houses here are stored with a week's wastage which is very uncomfortable. So please send the concerned worker immediately to our street to pickup all the wastages. Also request whoever concerned to ask the respective worker to go and pickup the wastages from each home on a daily basis. Request your swiftest action.Thanks

There is a empty space in front of our apartment and that place is filled with garbage, plastic waste and debris. During rainy days it smelling bad and difficult for people living around the space. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

Sir, 5th ward, 4th Cross Street Renganathapuram, Tambaram contractor Storm water drain OR Domestic waste water drain widen, RCC work in progress, The Silt, sand, cement road broken debris material were not cleared in front of our house for the past one month, We informed to the contractor verbally several times.The contractor replied it will be cleared very soon, but the clearing of the debris was not done.Nearby all the houses, East side house and West side house and all the debris nearby area cleared.Hence our house is not cleared.We hereby attaching the photos showing the cleared houses and Uncleared house(house to be cleared).

Pot hole has been replaced with a new lid and the digged out old construction materials lie on the middle of the street for more than 5 days causing risks to life and property.

I am the owner of house 4/2, Sai Dakshin, Abiraminagar Main Road, Irumpuliyur, West Tambaram. My house drainage out let pipe is not connected to the main drainage. My house is left out where all my neighbouring houses were connected. I am also paying property taxes to the Municipality. I request the Commissioner to do the needful. I am a senior management official retired from SBI. Please do the needful quickly. If not done, I will be forced to take up the issue with CM Cell. Regards,

Has paid property tax of Rs 6012 online through transaction id[protected] on 3rd Aug'21 for Assessment No. 009/019/00912 and Rs 6012 online through transaction Id[protected] on 3rd Aug'21 Assessment No. 009/019/00924 but both the transactions are not reflecting in the portal - Request to kindly rectify the same and get the same updated in the portal...

The drainage in the FCI nagar phase2 goodwill nagar 3rd main road is having issues and the water is entering into the plots.

I’m a law student keerthanaa, sir enga street ku Kuppai vandi varuthu sir ..enga veetuku opposite home la kuppai vanthu en veetuku munadi stop panatheega solranga but street podhu ..everyone has home everyone has rights to use the road sir..kuppai Eduka varavangalum opposite veetla money vangitu Avanga kuppai matum Avanga veetla poi edukuranga..this is not fair .everyone has rights this street is government property..no one can rule over here ..

The present RWA managing committee of Artithaa-StepsStone apartment, Chennai bypass service road, West Tambaram, Chennai-45 is functioning in an autocratic manner, taking many unwanted decisions without consulting members/residents in all matters of welfare.
1)The OSR land belonging to the municipality has been encroached upon by constructing compound wall all around restricting entry from outside by removing gate provided by the builder for that purpose.
2)Now inside the apartment open car park common area used by only 7 out of 76 flats, it has been proposed to costruct unauthorizedly a shed with roof sheets by violating CC norms of CMDA approved plan.
3)The builder has failed to commission the STP unit even after 5 years of handing over for waste water treatment and reuse as per the approved plan.The association committee instead of disposing fully the untreated sewage through tankers, has diverted it to strom water drain provided along the service road opposite to the apartment, without considering strong objections from the residents and also pollution control norms.This may create health problems for all living in nearby area.
Hence it is requested that immediate corrective steps may be taken by the Tambaram Municipality for all the above violations inorder to safe guard the interest of true resident welfare.

Sewage water being let out to the main road at APN Nagar 1st street, Selaiyur
This water flows all over the area and getting accumulated at the patch holes on the road. During the rain this dirty water gets mixed up and flows all over the place. Vehicles plying over the patch holes splashes the dirty water. This is very serious health hazard. Several complaints were made to this office. I have spoken to one of the lady staff of this office few days back All in vain

We are residing at Malliga nagar, 3rd street, ward no.32.
Garbages are not picked up here on a regular basis. It happens only once in a week and the whole place is stinking a lot.
People are dumping garbages in the ground next to our house.
