Hi am residing in mannivakkam, thiruvengadam 4th street.there is no garbage bin in 4th street thiruvengadam, people through garbage and all sort plastic in road, lady's who collect garbage they burn all garbage collected from other street, we face smoke fumes we frequently insited not to burn the garbage, no vehicle to collect the garbages..pls address this issue.

Dear sir/Mam,
In our street we have lot of apartments. inside apartment we have lot of flats on it.
Last 2 month, we not getting proper garbage collection.
The collection people came without any symptoms, they went back.
We not able to dispatch the garbage properly. Kindly take the action and resolve our problem.

This is to bring to your Kind notice that in west tambaram in Kalyan Nagar 3rd Street there is lot of nuisance of street dogs during night and day times. The population of dog goes on increasing in our area .Due to which public cannot walk in street. Many night shift people are staying near our home facing lot of problems.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Tambaram market is very congestive. So many vegetable platform shops roads have occupied the roads. Kindly take immediate action to clear the platform shops for the public good. Thank you.

Currently we are living in below mentioned address. In our street light are faulty & its not in proper working condition. Nearly 20Family's are using this road. Because of the poor street light people are suffering to use the road after 6PM(IST). Please take necessary action to resolve our problem.

Encroachments in tambaram market have been increasing day by day. Especially in DURAISAMY REDDY MARKET by the street vegetable vendors. It is highly congested which is very unsafe during this corona pandemic period. With big tarpaulins they take shelter. They occupy the full road. Only one two wheeler can go at a time. Though you are announcing the vendors with recorded voice in auto rickshaw, they are not listening. This market has been like this for many years. When you warn the vendors often, they pretend to clear the area and then after two three days they come back again. This has been a routine. So i kindly request you to take strict action to clear the street and roadside vegetable vendors encroachments.

I'm living in Padhuvancherry, Agaram Then main road surrounding area. In the place where I live a drainage construction was started before two months and the same is not completed yet. The work stalled at present and we don't have a clue when it will be resumed. The constructors have digged avery deep and big pit in front of a bank and it is open for more than 25 days. We have many difficties in accessing the bank and ATM which is the only ATM in the area. Also the water logged in the digged pit which causes danger to the public and the animals. We request the municipality to consider the public interest first and finish the construction work as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your Kind notice that in 2nd Street of Kulakarai, West Tambaram, there is lot of nuisance of pigs and street dogs during night and day times. The population of the pigs will be around 6 to 7 and also dogs goes on increasing in our street (Approximately 8 - 10 dogs). We are very afraid of this and especially the diseases which spreads from the PIGs are very dangerous . lot of people from young children's to senior citizens are residing near this, so please take immediate action on this .

So, this is my kind request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Pig and Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Due to heavy rain water stagnancy is more than knee level and it need to clear, we can't go out for get our basic needs also, kids are there we are suffering, kindly take this complaint and do the needful to remove water stagnancy.

The population of the dogs goes on increasing in our area (Approx. 10-15 dogs). Due to which public cannot walk in street. Many night shift people are staying near our home facing lot of problems.

Last night & Today morning the aggression of dogs are more and started to bite the people in and outside our area.

Dear Sir,

The main problem is rubbish is deposited on the roadside heavily. It produces a bad smell that is harmful for us. Moreover, it attracts various insects and microorganisms. Sometimes, in windy atmosphere, rubbish is dispersed on the entire road, which makes the colony untidy.

Have addressed this issue for the last 2 years and there is no concrete action were taken yet.

To address this problem, I request to remove the deposited rubbish from the affected place. As a responsible environmental officer, you have to look into this issue and implement stern rules to avoid these kinds of problems.

Whenever we raise the complaint to Kalidaas (Sanitary Inspector), one of the corporation members will fire the garbages and it pollutes heavily.

I look forward to seeing a prompt action from you.

This place is opposite of ruby flats(Arul Nagar) East Erumbuliyur

The drainage Way has been blocked,
Since the lorry damaged the line a month back and now that’s has been covered up by mud.

It will create a huge problem for us,
There is no way for water flow..
Already we started seeing the water logs.

I'm located in Kulakkarai 2nd street, near Kulam bus stop. Recently there are 5-6 new Dogs in our street which are giving a complete headache and pain to the people living in that street.

Usually we are ok with dogs in our street, but these dogs are barking all the time non-stop, that we can't simply ignore them.

Please send a dog catcher team to our street and kindly help us.

Dear Sir,

Am writing this letter on behalf of Thirupannar Street, sundaram colony, Tambaram East.

Garbage vehicle is very irregular and there is no intimation on their coming. I understand vehicle comes only alternative days, but that practice is not followed. It is very difficult to retain garbage for more than 2days when we have small kids or aged people at home. This will lead to some other diseases.

As per norms they are supposed to whistle the sound when the vehicle arrives. Only in the beginning of the street they whistle but for the apartment's which are in middle we miss that sound at times. And the staffs are also rude when we ask them these questions.

I can understand collecting garbage from each house is not an easy job it is very difficult. But once you have opted for that job you must be sincere in your work for what your getting paid. My humble request to the officers to take necessary actions on collecting garbage on daily basis or atleast follow the strict practices in collecting alternative days and give a proper intimation by blowing the whistle sound.

I want to raise a complaint against a flour mill who keeps operating even on Sundays, when it was clearly mentioned by the Labour's Union, only to operate six days a week. The small granules from the flour mill causes various allergies including asthma to our nearby residents. As I'm the closest one to live nearby, it causes more distress to me.
Hence, I seek your assistance to stop this atrocities against the residents by the mill operator.

In east tambaram manimegalai street extn, the garbage vehicle is not collecting garbage daily. In this rainy days its smells bad and the street dogs snatches the bin it found messy . So kindly take neceesary action soon.

The drainage here is overflowing in our street through the man hole and our street is filled with drainage water. Please do us the needful we are not able to step out of the house.
