Dear sir,

Recently some people dig road inside the street for some pipelines but they left the road uneven and we now have to face problems on ragular basis while getting our car inside our house, this is terrible, please get strict actions and get the road leveled. Also some of them parked car outside cant take our car due to this road dig problem please take action

We have paid Under Ground Drainage Deposit Rs.35, 000/- on 10th october 2019. As on date we have not received drainage connection for our house. Now they have removed the drainage pathholes due to CMRL work in front of our house. We are doubtful whether we get drainage connection or not. please reply

We are facing problem of street dogs due to which it is nearly impossible for us to live freely. Children also are in grave danger.

I urge you to please take action regarding this as soon as possible because it is very difficult for people riding two wheelers to pass by. Will be highly obliged.

In sundaram colony near Tambaram sanatorium railway station road the garbage picking vehicle is not coming on regular basis to pick the garbage items whether we need to dispose the garbage items on hand? Since they don't come on regular basis it is very difficult to dispose the garbage items even though if they don't come on regular basis it is giving lot of smell in house even if they don't pick for one day

Sir, I find no dustbins in Madambakkam and Selaiyur Roads. How shall I dispose my garbage in hand?

Earlier there used to be lot of dustbins and once filled a compact truck would clear them. Now I find only tractors, battery vehicles and a lot if people in cleaning till dusk.

No dustbins, but a rule of finning 5000 for disposing in open has come to effect.

It should be drop garbage in dustbin or a fine of 5000 will be leived.

Kindly consider of reverting to earlier method of dustbins and compact trucks. This will save much people in working in gabage cleaning and they can be put in other works.

Dog and Cattles are freely roaming in Madambakkam road. Kindly take steps to remove them - it causes traffic jams and accdents. Madambakkam road widening is also done to some extent only.

I am Ravi, Residing in bhavani nagar, Selaiyur, Chennai - 600073. Here there is no street light for bhavani nagar, santha nagar even after local election got over no one seems to care . Even i complained in cm cell complain no action taken till day. It is long existing problem. Please do the need full for street lights on bhavani nagar

The garbage removal team has left the garbage in the streets instead of removing them. The dogs and cows have spread it everywhere in the street. Please arrange to have this cleared. Also please instruct the garbage removal team to properly remove the garbage as mandated.

I am living in 1D&E, Poomalailakshida apartment, Vengambakkam main road, Mappedu - 600126.

Garbage has been dumping and burning in an open place near our apartment (the place allotted for Velachery - Kilambakam bypass and opposite to Joyal Nivas and Eden Garden apartment). This garbage is continuously burning since a month. The garbage contains more plastics, so it emits toxics gases.

We the people of our area are suffering from breathing problem due to this toxic's gases.

I kindly request you to take necessary action to remove the garbage and advice the municipality worker to not to dump and burn the garbage in our area.

There are many street dogs are roaming here and there. Here many kids are living.. they are afraid of these street dogs. Manytimes dogs are following while they get down from the school van.

So please take immediate action to remove all street dogs.

Vidhyalakshmi Street, Rajeshwari Nagar, Selaiyur, East Tambaram, more than 15 street dogs are staying here, Unable to go in the street because of the street dog. The dogs were chasing to bite. Can you please save us from these street dogs?...

Hi sir, the owner of a new building has set a very high-speed limit on the public road for his convenience. many accidents have occurred as a result of this. and many children and adults who travel through it have accidents. today, in particular, my kid was severely hurt in an accident when scaling the high-speed barrier. could you please prompt action to remove the excessive speed limit and help the public by preventing private encroachment on government-owned road? thanks. herewith i enclosed the online police complaint for your reference.

I have submitted duly filled in new water connection application form for my above residence along with Demand Draft no. 339115/8.2.2021 for Rs. 10, 000/- on Indian Overseas Bank in favour of The Executive Officer, Chitlapakkam Town Panchayat vide their receipt no. 3/[protected] dated 10.2.2021 duly signed by the Executive officer issued to me.

To my dismay, the new water connection is not initiated to my above residence after a lapse of more than *2 years* till date.

May I humbly request you to kindly consider to pay at least Savings Bank interest from the date of receipt of the above deposit amount for not initiating new water connection to my residence till date.

In Burma colony, Several street lights were not burning for long time. Residents were facing difficulties during night time. It may leads to several accidents.

Please repair the street lights in Burma colony road, which links with thiruneermalai road.

we hope that this issue will be taken care and fixed as soon as possible.

In our hose the sewage water does not flow out side but comes from outside drains and as a result we are not able to use our toilets. Complaint is lodged a week back but no action has been taken so far. Kindly do the needful

I have a property in (Ward no. 69)Madambakam, Tambaram, Chennai.. i want to pay property tax. I tried through online portal but i couldn't find my property assessment number... Pl help me in this regard.

Garbage dumped in front of my house gate, so many times I called the concern peoples, nobody responds, they are interested only the commercial complexes like hotels and they get the benefits. I want immediate solutions to remove the garbage.

The empty ground in Darga road, zamin pallavaram, adjacent to "Vikas Hill view Apartment' is being used as a dumpyard by individuals and municipality workers. The garbage is dumped in heaps and plastic waste is being burnt every other day. This is causing serious health issues. Need immediate action by the authorities to clear the ground and prevent it from being used as a dumpyard.

We have newly constructed house in Sembakkam 2 years and applied for new housing tax last 2 months back, but I didnt get any update from Sembakkam Municaplity office.

Now they are telling like we have to apply it again.

Just to get money from us they are not processing and so lethargic
