Tamil Matrimony — 3 months gold membership, grievance regarding improper communication

Dear Sir,
Please refer my earlier Ticket number BM2877129 and BM28779929. (complaint raised using help desk) Though I raised the complaint on[protected], it has not been answered yet.

I have been a loyal member with Bharat matrimony with my two ids : E5628446 and M7643497 for the last three years. I took a 3 months package on 1st May and my expiry date was displayed as 30 July 2023. We were planning to take a few numbers on[protected] remaining numbers were left.) Even when we took a number on[protected] it showed expiry as 30th july. But on[protected], my membership was auto renewed. I requested to cancel this auto renewal at 11.15 with a customer care executive. This was promptly done by the executive. She also confirmed that our current membership expires only on[protected]. After this, when we checked the system said that our paid membership expires[protected]. But when we try to take a few numbers at 4pm on[protected], I am unable to take the number.
When I checked with your customer care executives, everyone was telling a different story. One person was telling me that it is for 90 days and it expired on (29th July). Another says it expired at 10 AM today (30th July). Another one was telling that expires on[protected] means it expires at 00.00hrs of[protected]. The last executive says that as I have taken the membership at 3.55 pm it expired at 3.55 pm. The system always told that our membership expires on[protected], not any time. The executives asked us to contact helpdesk through mail. This kind of treatment is very unfair with a loyal customer with you for three years, as they know very well that this is an issue has to be resolved within a timeframe. Though I raised the complaint through helpdesk on[protected], so far I have not got any response from your side till date[protected].
Please note that your system showed us whenever we took a number, that our membership expires on 30th July 2023. It never said about time. Therefore it is natural that the customers think it is till end of 30th July, ie., 11.59 pm on 30th July 2023. This was our experience earlier also.

Therefore I redquest you the following:

As the system showed that our membership expires on[protected], and it did not permit us to take the allowed numbers on[protected],
permit us to take a few numbers (I had eligibility to take 14 phone numbers that time) which we planned to take with a one day limit,
