I was married to mr. Sathiya saravanan mohan, working in td bank, toronto, canada. His native is tirupattur, tamilnadu. He is a fraud, he cheated me on marriage. He was already in living relationship with another women here and married me and brought to canada. He married me only for the sake of society and to introduce to his friends circle in canada and india and so that nobody will doubt on his affair with a women who is already married and she is also cheating on her husband, who is in india. Within 2 days of my arrival, i got slight doubts on this, but without any proof, i didn’t react in this. Soon he became alert and after introducing me to all his friends, he started torturing me emotionally and physically to go back to india. And one day they both assaulted me and were arrested by toronto police and the case is currently in the criminal court.
We got married in feb 2018 and he left in india for 1 year. I came to canada in feb 2019 and was going through this assault for almost 5 months, as i had no friends/family to help in canada.
I don’t remember his tamil matrimony id, as we were also, distance relatives, i didn’t report about our marriage to your site earlier.

Am saravanan my m4937102. I have renewed my id at the end of may, it expired on 23.08.2019. Due to aadi month hold, i have shortlisted and got nos of some alliances, but now i am unable to see those nos. Past 2 yrs u people doing so many crazy things, but this ridiculous. I lost so much money. I never ask any judgement from ur side. I need only one thing i need those contact numbers that's all.

Laast month end viz., july i registered for my son, since then there numerous calls from retail for making payment n becoming paid member. Accordingly on 1st aug there was a call from retail and i said i need tamilmatrimiony & iyermatrimony combo with offer. The representative asked me to go for sixmonth pack instead of three months pack which is economical. As per his advice i paid rs.8900 immediately online before making payment i was assured that tamilmatrimony & iyermatrimony combo will be activated as paid member. To my surprise i got a receipt for my payment as tamilmatrimony & brahmin matrimony combo has been activated. Immediately i called the same representative and said the mistake he said there is some technical issue n soon will correct. Since then ie., 1st august 2019 i continously contacting the same represemntative for which i was given an answer that it will be done. From 6th august he is not at all attending the phone. Till now i write this compalaint it has not been corrected. This is the sate of tamilmatrimony. The representative does not even have courtesy to attend the call. Because i have paid the amount and he is getting the commission on it he simply vanished from the scene. Very very worst service of tamilmatrimony. I advise all pls be cautious while making payment.

This complaint regarding tamil matrimony customer the boy who named manival calling me for offer is continuously calling me even i said him that i have completed my night shift and i will call you back. She don't know how to handle a person who are interested. Sending appropriate messages & talking rudely to the customers. The boy name manival[protected] tamil matrimony customer care.

They are taking money without customers knowledge.. They read your card number (Debit or credit). If you are paid before transaction they collect all information about ur card and simply they are auto renewal after 2 months.. Without intimate they are doing this type of activities.. For me they are trying to take 4700 rs. But unfortunately bank will block my card due to suspect transactions... So be careful ur transactions... And also very poor customer service.

I am writing this with the utmost frustration of experiencing the worst and most atrocious customer service ever.

I wanted to upgrade my account to 3 months pack for TamilMatrimony and konguvellalarmatrimony. The live chat agent said I can choose a twin pack.

The twin pack available in the website was only for TamilMatrimony + Gounder Matrimony. But I wanted TamilMatrimony + Konguvellalarmatrimony. So he asked me to pay first for TamilMatrimony + Gounder Matrimony and he promised that he will then change Gounder Matrimony to Konguvellalarmatrimony after I make the Payment.

I followed his instructions and made the payment. After the payment is made, I informed him to change the membership from Gounder matrimony to konguvellalrmatrimony. But then he said "sorry, it will be upgraded within 48 hours". I belived him again and waited. When I checked it this morning, it wasn't updated.

So I contacted the customer service. The chats kept ending right after I start explaining the issue. So I had to explain the same issue to so many people in your live chat customer service. Some of these rude people ended the chat without giving proper response.

Finally a guy in the live chat asked me to write email to this address and it will be resolved in 48 hours. I wrote an email and it's been 4 days and no response at all.

They literally steal money from people. This is not the first time they are doing this to me. Earlier another friend of mine also experienced a similar issue where TamilMatrimony.com cheated almost Rs.50, 000 from him.

PLEASE DO NOT USE TamilMatrimony.com EVER. NEVER EVER!

This person (M[protected] is a fraud and all the information furnished by him on his profile are fake. All his caste, education, job, salary, age details are fake. He's after money. There's a complaint in police station on his cheating through fake profile in tm. Cyber crime is reported about him blackmailing women after getting engaged to them using false pretenses. The case is pending in both police and cyber crime. He's studied only upto 8th standard and is 40 yrs old and a dalit. Is tamil matrimony catering to criminals like him?

We have opened a premium member account in august. Since we couldn't follow up with many abroad based profiles, we upgraded our account to assisted service nri by paying around rs 25, 000. It is very poor service i have ever seen. After getting the amount from us, there was no follow-up based on the requirements. Very worst service and i would not recommend to any of my friends or cousins to go with this tamil matrimony assisted service nri. Almost 60 days passed and no accountable work was done. No extension in the days that was requested or in the refund in the amount.

Really worst service. Creating fake profiles and that too with spelling mistakes. I request the manager or the team leader please try to teach your employees to create a fake id without spelling mistakes of the candidate name and moreover take the customer's call after the payment done... I enquired and conformed that you are keeping the id after they got married, if that should be done from customer side, ask them to cancel the profile immediately... But i know the trick why you are not cancelling the profiles after the marriage.. That will make you money...

Such a waste of money i can't believe the company ecists. And added to it or was recently listed in the stock exchange fraud group, pls do not subscribe to assisted service at all, better to find ur own bride or groom. I paid 14000rs and didn't get any services except getting phone numbers of brides, which mostly didn't even answry calls. Callous and wasted energy, time, money. So i advice people to ignore their calls. They will confuse and make u work for ur money paid to tjem. I have booked this team for my wedding & reception function. There are lot of confusions happened because of them.

1. Videographer has not reached in time for marriage. After wedding knot has completed he has reached the hall. Relatives started taking videos in their mobile. Became very shy for us in front of the whole relatives. This event happened in the month of july'17, but till now they have not approached us for the videos captured in mobile. If they would had got those videos from me, i would appreciate and forgive their mistake. This proves that they are not in a idea to deliver the promo video which they had committed. I feared that these absence should not happen in the early morning, as a precaution i have arranged them a guest house at a distance of 100 mtr from my residence. But the video-grapher left somewhere in the mid night. I (Marriage groom) at the busy point, followed up with the camera man at 5.10am, that moment only i came to know that video person is not available. Again i called the co-ordinator, then he has passed me another number to contact, he told that he is waiting in pondicherry bus stand for bus at 5.30am. Mugurtham is by 6 am. Then immediately i arranged for a taxi and paid rs.3500/- for just 30 kms. Inspite these action, he can't reach in time to capture the important moment.

2. Booked for 2 photo-grapher and 2 video-grapher for the reception event. But only one video-grapher came for the event. The people attended my event is near about 3800. I am sure that only stage is covered in video footage.

3. Helicam person is not professional. He should be college student. He dosen't have much exposure to shoot a big event. Moreover he is not in the function hall for more than 1 hour and we finally found him at the car park speaking in mobile.

4. They have not showed the photos for album selection so far.

5. They have not scheduled for out door shot so far.

6. Candid photo shoot for bridegroom is not happened. Which is promised to give as a separate album. Photographer refused to take pics, as the time was 11pm, because he is supposed to be in another function in the early morning.

Above all, i would like to appreciate their finance team, they are having a very good follow-up call center team to keep calling for payment. Every day 3-5 different telecaller will call and ask for payment. We used to repeat the above said scenario to every new person. At one point of time, got irritated and shouted the caller. Later on, felt bad in this regard.

I have made many request through email, but no response is offered to me since last 3 months. Only payment settlement is requested from their end, that too whenever i call for album and video.

I dont like to blame them blindly, i have seen very good output for their works. Did lot of good works and good creativity themes. But, due to mismanagement these problems had occurred.

Very worst services and total waste of my money.., they are cheated my amount.., i am not satisfied services (Only booking not used) so refund my money more than 5 months. They 5 months not refund my money. Saravanan, karthik, siva, thangaraj all person useless fellows. They are not working and not proper services and they cheated my money.. So dont use any type services in tamilmatrimony services...

Sir recently i have made a complaint in consumercomplaints.in. Regarding cheating of my money by tamil matrimony. After making the complaint i immediately received a so called reply from tamil matrimony stating an apology (Namesake) and they asked me to send my details to an email [protected]@ tamimatrimony.com. They promised they will refund it but even after sending the email i got no response. They are looting hard earnt money and they pose themselves as innocent. I request people to stay away from tamil matrimony they will cheat your money. I request all o[censored]s, who have been cheated by this company, should start a common forum and should file a complaint against them.

I searched the net and found that dr harry akash from london is fake what if i paid the amount i could have lost money pls don't accept fake profilers thanks to frnds who filed complaint and saved me i come from middle class family so pls accept genuine profilers i m looking for genuine partners he could have misused my details and all i don't think this should be left alone i don't know how how many girls he will scam like this he is big fake don't ever trust him he speaks charmingly

We had arranged for wedding photography and reception using video, regular photographer and candid. While going through the raw photo's, the candid photo is ok, but the regular photos which are supposed to be shot well are either shot in overexposed light or underexposed light. Worse, many important shots have been goofed up. Marriage being a one time issue, vital moments have been missed because of photographer's inefficiency. When we requested to improve the photo's using technology which is possible, the agency is adamant that their photos have come out well and not budging. We are yet to see the video footage before commenting on it.

Tamil matrimony representatives from guindy branch called me to pay classic package for 3500₹. They mentioned that if we go direct to guindy office and pay in check they will provide same package for 3300₹. But i opted online payment.
They will give offers like 2 months profile highlighter
1 month extra validity (Based on package its 3 months only)
And increase view phone number from 59 to 70.
He asked me to pay the amount first and these will reflect in backend within half a day or 24 hrs...
I asked it in writing but he told he can't give that but asked me to trust him based on humanity. He also gave his personal number to call and ask him if any problem occurred.
But it has been 3 days, the told offers are not added. It displays the original offers mentioned in the online only.
I called him but there were 2 other people spoke thru that number but not the guy who spoke to me when i paid the package.
Now these people say that we need to call them after 90 days and request them to increase the days to 120.
For view phone number he told he will do in 5 mins but it has been 14 hrs from now. No change reflected.

This is the third time they are cheating like this. They talk talk talk for hours and hours and they cheat that they will update the backend once amount paid. But they are not doing it after we paid money,
As its life for us we are paying money and seeing matches. These people are utilising and making money worsely.

I have taken assisted service in bharat tamil matrimony. I requested them to send the profiles that i desire. They not only failed to send the required profiles, but the service is not up to the mark. Each and every time i have to contact for the updates. Even if requested to change the relationship manager but not changing her. They r telling that because of frustration i am complaining. Marriages are not in their hands. But if they send the suitable profiles we could talk. Just like that they are sending profiles. Not at all searching. Even they are arguing that they will send only 4 profiles a week. Searching that kind of profiles will take only half an hour to one hour. For a complete week they are spending this much time to send profiles. Even they have the option of searching through keywords. But they r not utilizing it. Before paying money they used to call frequently but after paid money poor response and service. Pls take into care as the matrimonial websites wanted to extend the period so that they can get money from the customers.

We got a request from m4898903 (Tamil matrimony.com) for marriage proposal. Looking at the profile we found it pleasing and agreed to proceed further. Just before the final stage we enquired about the persons qualification and occupation. His profession was updated as software professional with m. Tech degree. When investigated we found that he has given us fake name & work address. He has now deleted his account itself and blocked our numbers as well. This incident has brought distress to our family and we are still recovering from the shock. Request you to please investigate so that he does'nt play in another girl's life.

as per she told i sent payment on ( 1 / 04 /2017 at 3:10pm by IMPS Transaction Number ::[protected] . then i called her and told that as per she told i deposited the money ... then she told She will do the Renewal For my account in next 30mints ... but Still Now my account is not Renewed and Revathy also not picking the call .. i have all the proof how Revathy cheated me.

So Friends don't Believe this Type of Tamil matrimony Staff who will Cheat you once you done the Payment .
