Sub : Refund of Rs.38, 756/- credited to your matrimonial website
I am forced to issue the present notice to your good self in furtherance of our conversations that we had earlier through messages and calls on mobile with respect to my claim for a refund of Rs. 38, 756/-, which I had paid through GPay on the 8th June, for which you had also given your consent to repay the same by 23rd or 24th June 2023. However, till date, there is no further response or written confirmation from your side despite my several calls and WhatsApp messages with regard to the same, due to which I am facing severe stress and hardship.
I am therefore constrained to state to you that if I do not receive the amount of Rs. 38, 756/- or written consent from you to the above regard before the 28th of this month, I have decided to seek legal assistance through my advocate to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, for the refund along with the compensation towards loss of time and mental torture before the Consumer Forum.
