I have created profile for my brother ID M9001832. I have subscribed to PRIME subscription for tamil matrimony from[protected]Price - Rs.5782). But from the day of subscription there are only few profiles are showing. I have personally visited coimbatore matrimony branch on[protected] to hear about the issue. They ask me to edit some preference change in their app.( I have attached screenshot that only few profiles are came by edit preference change) But no use. They dont have any access to solve the problem. They ask me to call customer care.
Called customer care 5 times last week alone from my registered mobile number. They ask me to send mail regarding change my subscription to my community based tamil matrimony. They ask me to do change that preference, this preference in app. I am totally dissatified with their great service. i have send mail regarding this. The SR number is BM26797020 and BM26818464. There are so many difficulties(even after changed preference no profiles are showing) in using their tamil matrimony app from normal consumer point of view. They dont have solution too from their branch side and also from customer care side. I need refund.
