I am staying in a single bhk in royapettah for around 7 months. Power consumption would be usually 300 — 400 units only. But for the past 4 months my eb bill is displaying consumed units as 700 - 800 which is very abnormal. I am pretty sure that my consumption would not be that much. I need this to be resolved at the earliest.

Note: the same is informed in letter to concerned ae but no proper response was received from his end.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We face regularly at night time power cut and it will rectified after 3 hours only at night time. There is no permanent solution given. Phone also not picked up.

Here past one year continues power cut day time minimum 13 to 15 times night 1 to 2 times here substation also near of our village but regular we are face the power cut problems please kindly rectified the issue consider public been Good.

Please release current... Power cut on morning is usual... I worked and and rest on night. But now I didn't sleeped. Power cut still one hour on ponneri area

Government sleeping... But the citizen didn't sleeped... I'm still wake up because no current in ponneri, thiruvallur district
