I have called customer service no 1912. Around 11pm. They informed me that we have taken complaint and we will take action in 30min. After 30min i called same no. They informed me one phase jas been triped we have found and it will b solved in 30 min... But no one came to triplicane. Then i called at mor 4. Am but they r saying ur complaint is in gp area. I said i complain triplicane with my clear area address... But one guy is saying my mistakely area might be updated wrongly and taking roudly... Useless customer care service as like emergency eb sector
