I paid amount through online hdfc payment gateway, amount debited from my account and next day morning i got an auto-generated mail "payment not aproved" then i went to office and paid my bill but the amount not refunded still now. I raised complaint through tneb online payment app but still now no response. Service no:[protected] transaction dt: 10-oct-18 transaction no:[protected] receipt no:pgchdf[protected] amount:350
