I have performed UPI payment R2.2242 twice (Total Rs.4484) for electricity bill payment, the money debited from account and it was credited into merchant account. But TNEB bill amount not paid due to TNEB/merchant website leads to error page and bill amount shown pending in portal. Money is not refunded to my account or not credited into my TNEB account. When I raised complaint in TNEB portal for the same, they mentioned "The transaction is successful based on bank statement" and closed the ticket. Third time I paid using Net banking process and it is successful.
Please find the failed transaction id's as below.
1.) UPI/[protected]/NA/.[protected]@icici/ICICI Ban - Processed on 13-MAY-2022
2.) UPI/[protected]/NA/.[protected]@icici/ICICI Ban - Processed on 14-MAY-2022
When I checked with my bank, they clearly mentioned that amount is credited into beneficiary account and shared the below reference details.

IFSC Code : ICIC0DC0099
VPA : .[protected]@icici
RRN for first transaction[protected]
RRN for second transaction[protected]
