We are out of town from 5th November 2020 and also we have cut off the main power supply to our house. But the bill amount is Rs 2044/=.It is not possible. So, please recheck the meter reading / billing amount and inform the correct bill amount so that I can pay the bill online immediately.If the delay is on your part, No Fine should be levied.

    Pole is damaged, due to nivar cyclone, JE and AD is didn't taken any action, I'm complained many times .they didn't taken any action, kancheepuram division, r.k.pet division, ammayarkuppam control

      The electricity reader always putting the reading 10 units high from the normal unit consumed.as the fees to be paid is also high...and the reading date was late hence we are getting double the actual unit rate ..normally 1st of a month should be read ...but they are so lethargic and came for 4 th date of the month and putting a wrong information...we are paying a high electricity bill to the actual bill...please order them take the correct value ...on behalf of KESAVASAMY street.NARAYANAPURAM, MADURAI 14...all r suffering a lot of this problem

          My last consumed units are 260 and the original total charges are 410 rupees only.
          But incorrectly charged me 467 rupees. In email bill statement also showed incorrect bill. I have added proof in this complaint.
          I contacted the person in EB office and but they are not gave proper response and the behaviors is bad

            Dear sir/madam
            I m from coimbatore my home is location in one of the busy area of coimbatore. Ever night nearly 30 lorry pass through our area to connect avinashi main road. Some lorry contains heavy load and also our phase wire is to weak so while lorry passing it easily makeing damage in our phase. Every month more than 10 days we are living dark with out power. I had done many complaint in central zone our line man is so lethargic he also you collect nearly 250rps from 4 house to solve this problem for a month he will visit more than 5 times all the time we are giving money but there is so solution kindly please help us . Due to this power problem i m going to loss my job. Please change oru phase in another line

                    I have paid my EB bill through online for Rs. 1533 on 26.2.21. The same amount has been debited from my account and still not credited into TANGEDCO account and hence can not able to nake a receipt.

                      Last month i paid our home electricity bill in online, my money got debited but it is not updated on my tneb bill. I raised the complaint in they official Portal. The officer came to home that we didnt paid the current bill, we said this issue. They told it will get refunded. But till now i didnt get my refund

                            Hi Sir, I got a new connection before one and a half months. I'm getting a very very very low voltage maximum of 170 v(140 v- 170 v). i raised my complaints many times in our EB office, but till now I dont get a solution. Not Myself only facing this Problem, Surrounding 250+ families are facing this problem, It's my humble request please rectify the problem and please provide us 240v to Us. For your reference see the attached image that the Meter box having just 152.50 v. Thanks.

                              Sir,
                              There is no power in the entire Thiruvallur Salai, Balyogi Nagar, New Gummidipundi PIN 601201 from 08.00 AM till now (26 Feb 2021). I am writing this at 3.50 PM. Please rectify this at your earliest.
                              This happens very frequently. After resuming power supply for two or three hours, power lines are switched off for 4 to 5 hours.

                                I have taken occupancy on 27th Jan 2021 and till date 633 units ran. I have never consumed that much power. I feel that the meter is running too fast.                                   Dear sir/madam,

                                  I am saraswathi consumer number [protected] residing at kothamudi, thuneri post, ooty 643002. This is regarding the EB person wrote down wrong meter reading number online complaint number [protected] complaint I'd. Can I know the status of this complaint .. The EB person made the mistake was in his part.

                                  Please kindly let me what action can be taken. it is totally disgusting writing wrong meter reading making us to pay more amount than usage.
