There is voltage fluctuation in 5th Street nethaji nagar karumarampalayam since 5pm still now there is no change in that we don't know when it will get solved I'm afraid o[censored]sing electronic items during low voltage but how can we manage this night.

In our street post whenever it is raining, there are sparks between two lines with bursting sound. Please ask the line man in this area to attend the problem. I tried many times to complain but can't get their line.

Wrong assessment made on my meter reading during Aug 20. Because of that my Oct-20 assessment was high.
I registered complained to AE-Tharamani Mr.Thirumurugan during Oct 20.
He accepted the issue of wrong assessment against actual reading.

Still problem not resolved.
Foreman Daily switching off my EB connection.

Kindly make necessary action...

I went to the TNEB office at R.V.Nagar, Jafferkhanpet, Chennai -83 to pay my Electricity bill for Nov, 20, as usual, on 23.11.20( today).This bill collection centre is very near to my locality and is very convenient to pay the bills.But, this time, the lady cashier at the counter bluntly refused to accept the payment without any valid reasons.Further, she directed me to pay the bill at the office in KKNagar, without any iota of kindness or consideration of my age.This is how the Tangedco officials behave with senior citizens and very aged people.I was humiliated by her, what I felt and hence my complaint.This should be brought to the notice of the higher officials of TNEB for proper looking into the affairs of the board and for redressal.TNEB needs well- mannered staff.They should not act on their own.The reasons behind the refusal of my payment should be known to me.Looking forward to Tangedco ' s actions in this regard.

PP 22 siva subramanian, loss of power from yesterday, kindly do needful things

I am MOHAMED ISMAIL my EB no[protected] my house eb line more than 1 weeks affecting half power issue, suddenly decrease power of all Electrical machines fan, tube light, fridge etc..Please resolve this unstable power problem thank you

this is residential service and using in commercial purpose some religional community office is going on last some of year take any action about thus issue

At N.G.O. colony 3rd street, Vadapalani-600026,
EB pole and live wires are closely covered by roadside tree branches and can cause a dangerous situation due to the rainy season. In the past also the same pole was fell due to the same condition. Sometimes live wires come in contact with each other due to tree branches' movement. Please see the attached photos. Request you to take the necessary action as soon as possible....

Power up and down happening from 6:00pm please rectify the issue otherwise our house hold electronic items will get damaged

We are facing power issue since 2 days seems to be power floatation in the tower. We registered in the complaint record but no update from department as of now. I tried to reach 1912 complaint number but it keeps asking to wait and no response. Please help to restore power services at the earliest since we have 2 old people in our house and they suffer due to suffocation.

line is damaged in post (kambam) no power in my office from diwali. i have registered about this issue. in lineman note book at uti bank atm.on;17.11.2020. and informed to lineman Mr.chinnadurai.he told me will come with today (18.11.2020) but till now not came. and not atten my call. my work is pending from 4 days.after diwali i cant work. and 3 staffs here in my office . totally all works pending. so please kindly help and i hope you sir.

I wrote application on the dated 8 September 2020. Till now also not sort out my problem. My account No. is[protected].
From march month2020. I got high bill amount.till Month of Nov.2020....

In Thiruvidaimarudur electricity board office one line man Mr. Radhakrishnan he is asking pribe for all fault works. If he claims Electrical post in one time he is asking Rs. . 300 and changing faulty wire asking Rs.1000. i am defence person in my house he is asking for post problem Rs
1000 . Please take necessary action . My number is [protected]. If not taking action i will go next level.

Applied for new connection 1 a domestic usage APPLICATION NUMBER [protected]. Newly built house in Naduvakuruchi, tutucorin dist. JE MR RAMESH denies connection for 1a tariff. 1A TARIFF REJECTION REASON NOT DISCLOSED BY HIM.

Am located in Virugambakkam and resident in Ganesh flats, Thangal street. Due to some service cable fault power is not available only in my flat. When I contacted the eb station they are guided to by a cable and call us so that they will come and restore the supply. But even I said that cable is available they are asking customer what is the colour and size of the cable everything in phone but no one came to address the issue in person from morning.
Moreover without any communication the power has been cut in my flat and only I came to know after I enquire about this

This is your kind information we are paying eb bill regularly around 30000 to 35000 but fast 2 bill we are getting more than 600000 we are requesting to do MRT

3 face connection fast 5 months only 2 face is working many times i complained but they are not solving our problems
