Meter not working...

Salem district TNEB Edappadi taluk, pappampadi TNEB workers in cash counter (male) person. His behaviour is very rudely. He is not considered elders while paying current bill...

Hi,
This is my consumer number [protected] . I have not been in the home for last 6 months . When I left the house I turned off the EB main inside home .

I m not sure how I get the EB bill of 2000 Rs for the month of October 2020.

No one in the house, No Electricity usage for last 6 months .

Please cancel this bill, I can't pay this amount including the fine that's due now ....

I have wrongly issued a cheque and it got dishonoured. I was asked to make the online payments for next 3 bills and told it will get activated after 3 payments. But I made 4 payments thru online and also gave a letter but still it has not got activated. Kindly activate my account to make cheque payment for my EB bill for the SC.No.[protected]...

Residence in annanagar West thriumangalam soundarya colony current is not there from morning 5:30am and it sustain till now (8:00 am) dated 18.11.2020. We called to enquire the annanagar West complaint number [protected] continuously refusing the calls. Having a 2 year old baby in house it's really too hard to stay....

Dear sir/mam,
I have filed a complaint that power has lost only in my house. We don't have water too. I have got the line man number and called him. He haven't responded yet and haven't fixed the issue. I am not even getting proper response from our EB office. Can you please take appropriate action and help us to get the issue fixed?

Contacted 1912 and Valasaravakkam EB on phone. informed that the do not deal with such complaints. We are asked to give a complaint in writing and hand over in person to EB Officials

Electric post at perumal koil street opp venkateswara high school posing a big danger to the public, the post may break into two and may down at anytime. Already new post are unloaded in that street before a year and that new post lying on side of the road also a threatening to the two wheeler. Pls look into the seriousness at the earliest before something happen....

Hi, We would like to bring to your notice that we struggle a lot with the electricity voltage in our Village, Vaitheeswarankoil substation people are not responding over the phone and in-person. from evening to till now there is no power. need imme Action on this, please.

I am resident of Subramani Street, Divyadas Nagar, Pozhichalur Chennai 600074. In the system reading page, I can see the 'total reading' doesn't change for current month and previous month, Since I came to native. But current month reading is noted as 440 mistakenly. I have attached screen shot.
Please take action....

I am from Manalikarai in Moolachel EB area. I have applied for tariff change from 6 to 1 nearly two weeks ago and paid all amounts relating to Shift and Tariff change. But till date they are not say any responsible answer. I have a loss of 4500.00 till date. Please help me to change my tariff as fast as possible.
