We are facing power issue since 2 days seems to be power floatation in the tower. We registered in the complaint record but no update from department as of now. I tried to reach 1912 complaint number but it keeps asking to wait and no response. Please help to restore power services at the earliest since we have 2 old people in our house and they suffer due to suffocation.

    line is damaged in post (kambam) no power in my office from diwali. i have registered about this issue. in lineman note book at uti bank atm.on;17.11.2020. and informed to lineman Mr.chinnadurai.he told me will come with today (18.11.2020) but till now not came. and not atten my call. my work is pending from 4 days.after diwali i cant work. and 3 staffs here in my office . totally all works pending. so please kindly help and i hope you sir.

        In Thiruvidaimarudur electricity board office one line man Mr. Radhakrishnan he is asking pribe for all fault works. If he claims Electrical post in one time he is asking Rs. . 300 and changing faulty wire asking Rs.1000. i am defence person in my house he is asking for post problem Rs

              Am located in Virugambakkam and resident in Ganesh flats, Thangal street. Due to some service cable fault power is not available only in my flat. When I contacted the eb station they are guided to by a cable and call us so that they will come and restore the supply. But even I said that cable is available they are asking customer what is the colour and size of the cable everything in phone but no one came to address the issue in person from morning.
              Moreover without any communication the power has been cut in my flat and only I came to know after I enquire about this

                This is your kind information we are paying eb bill regularly around 30000 to 35000 but fast 2 bill we are getting more than 600000 we are requesting to do MRT

                3 face connection fast 5 months only 2 face is working many times i complained but they are not solving our problems

                  Some o[censored]s work from home due to Covid and we also work in shifts so that we can co-ordinate with our US clients. However, from the past 6 days every night there has been a complete power shut down and comes back only in the morning by 6.30 or 7.00 pm.

                  While we truly understand that this shut down may have been warranted due to the climatic conditions, but the problem here to understand is that not the whole night does the climate go wrong every single time. As of yesterday its 7th night we have no power from around 11.30 pm to 6.30 or 7 am. We are living in an advanced world and the competitions are high, the customer service expectations are very high at our work. Once or twice we can get back to client and tell them about power cuts due to bad weather, but not regularly.

                  I humbly request our Superintendent to please understand our issues and to direct the respective authorities not to turn off power every night.

                  After all we are people who are in middle class and have families. If we loose our jobs, despite being well educated we do not have many options other than having to go to plains. And neither can we afford 30 to 40K to invest on a battery and invertor.

                  I am sure that the learned officer would definately understand our grevience and help us accordingly.

                    I have paid Rs 6768 online for new connection on[protected], but my application got cancelled, mentioning( Application Cancelled-Field verification wrongly registred domestic service Instead of Temparaury supply. )
                    JE called me and informed we are cancelling the application, the payment made against the application will be refunded in two days but still my refund have not proceed, visited the EB office the...

                        Hi,
                        This is my consumer number [protected] . I have not been in the home for last 6 months . When I left the house I turned off the EB main inside home .

                        I m not sure how I get the EB bill of 2000 Rs for the month of October 2020.

                        No one in the house, No Electricity usage for last 6 months .

                        Please cancel this bill, I can't pay this amount including the fine that's due now .

                          I have wrongly issued a cheque and it got dishonoured. I was asked to make the online payments for next 3 bills and told it will get activated after 3 payments.                             Residence in annanagar West thriumangalam soundarya colony current is not there from morning 5:30am and it sustain till now (8:00 am) dated 18.11.2020.                                   I have filed a complaint that power has lost only in my house. We don't have water too. I have got the line man number and called him. He haven't responded yet and haven't fixed the issue. I am not even getting proper response from our EB office. Can you please take appropriate action and help us to get the issue fixed?

Contacted 1912 and Valasaravakkam EB on phone. informed that the do not deal with such complaints. We are asked to give a complaint in writing and hand over in person to EB Officials

                                    I am 70 years old and the EB office is nearly 4 km from my residence
                                    In this pandemic I do not want to move out.

                                    The meter got struck up due to frequent voltage fluctuations on that date
