Subject-Over charge bills only 2 months Rs23000 & Application for metre change.
Respected sir/ madam,
I wrote application on the dated 8 September 2020. Till now also not sort out my problem. My account No. is[protected].
From march month2020. I got high bill amount.till Month of Nov.2020. I can't accept this higher will amount because at my home not that much appliances I used. Even I use LED bulb, 1 AC, two three fans. Then also I got higher bill amount. From march to July I paid higher bill amount 9, 696rs.
After paid amount also on September month 2020 I got 16, 696 rs. That is also extra amount I got for 2 month used. So afterwards i paid .please check my attachment in below.
Reading checked and they said daily i consumed 13 unit per day. That also shows wrong .
So please change my meter as per request.
Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have paid Rs 2207 online for new connection on[protected], but my application got cancelled, mentioning( Application Cancelled-Field verification wrongly registred.
JE called me and informed we are cancelling the application, the payment made against the application will be refunded in two days but still my refund have not proceed. please help me getting my amount back.
