Domestic usuage complaints

I have received eb bill rs 4338 rs for the units 930 for one month 10/2021, as cumulative for 7 months instead of every month / as they deducted 2 months for 340units. Payment through online failed - still not refunded

Hi,

This is regarding my bill payment with TNEB - October 2020 bill. My bill was Rs.4090.
I have made a payment on 14th October 2020 - in the morning. it was a successful payment. then later sometime on the same day I got a failure message saying that Bill Payment failed. Amount got deducted from my bank account. usually in this case Gpay suggest to wait for 2-3 days.
however, I have wait for 7 days... and then...

The recent reading was taken by a new TNEB person and not the regular one

Meter number : [protected] -- Meter was working but was marked as defective and reading was not taken.

Energy Meter Showing Erratic

Sir,
My TNEB Electrical connection number is 1000 / Ayothiapattinam/Salem.

Since last six months, EB Bill for my connection was going high.
As per EB officials suggestions, Energy meter readings and charges were monitored for last six months. It going high on the usage of same electricals devices only and no extra loads added.

Recently in the past two weeks, frequent power cuts happening especially in the early morning 4 o clock and power resumes after 1.5 or 2 hours which is causing huge discomfort for the people doing work from home. Today (oct 31), it is not yet resumed at 6:40 AM also. Most of the people using computers are working from home and they are completely relying on power supply and not everyone can afford for a power backup at home....

Cable fault not attended

We are running flour mill in jafferkanpet .the earth wire was cut and single core cable was laid temporarily from the neighbour house on 17.1.2020. but this fault was not fix permanently. In the mean again cabe was burnt yesterday night even after one day complaint was not attended so far...

Haridass the tenant was used the tneb online payment option. Now he vacated and not giving the user is and password. Now i am the OWNER of the house. Now how to change the user id and password of online bill payment. If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

Electricity Bill Reading

For Oct month my EB reading written in EB card is high

My last reading shown during last bill is 4580 units and current month bill last reading is 4900. Total units I consumed is 320 units but units written in my EB card is 900 units...

We are from Kaliyampudur (near Ram Prasad hospital, Perundurai, Erode district ). We are experiencing frequent power cut daily . So we couldn't attend the online classes regularly as we can't charge our electronic gadgets properly and many of our daily works are spoiled.Many children in our area are studying in Government School . Because of this frequent power cut, they couldn't attend the classes which are telecasted...

Online payment failure issue

Sir, I have requested for new eb connection for our shop and applied through online and paid amount rs.2418 through net banking on Oct 4th 2020...the payment was successful and debited from my account but still oct 27th 2020 the amount is not received to tneb and not refunded to my account again...No proper response from tneb side...negligence behavior...please explain to fix the issue......

For the past 2 weeks, we encounter lot of power cut in our area(Rajeshwari nagar, poonamalle).For a day at least 4 to 5 times power has been shut down for minimum of half an hour to maximum of two hours for each cut.In the night also they are doing the same, we couldn't sleep properly.we are facing many issues, and children are also struggling lot.i tried to contact the local authorities through phone but they didn't respond.I kindly request...
