    Respected sir,
    We are from Kaliyampudur (near Ram Prasad hospital, Perundurai, Erode district ). We are experiencing frequent power cut daily . So we couldn't attend the online classes regularly as we can't charge our electronic gadgets properly and many of our daily works are spoiled.Many children in our area are studying in Government School . Because of this frequent power cut, they couldn't attend the classes which are telecasted in Kalvi channel. In this pandemic situation, online classes are the only source for education . Please help us to continue our education without any interruption. Please take an action as soon as possible sir .

      Sir, I have requested for new eb connection for our shop and applied through online and paid amount rs.2418 through net banking on Oct 4th 2020...the payment was successful and debited from my account but still oct 27th 2020 the amount is not received to tneb and not refunded to my account again...No proper response from tneb side...negligence behavior...please explain to fix the issue...

              Frequent power cut in rajeshwari nagar, poonamallee

              For the past 2 weeks, we encounter lot of power cut in our area(Rajeshwari nagar, poonamalle).For a day at least 4 to 5 times power has been shut down for minimum of half an hour to maximum of two hours for each cut.In the night also they are doing the same, we couldn't sleep properly.we are facing many issues, and children are also struggling lot.i tried to contact the local authorities through phone but they didn't respond.I kindly request...

              I paid my electricity bill on 13/10/2020 but payment is succes, amount is deducted from my account, later when I checked, it is showing payment is failed .

              Status is showing "refund is initiated " from 14/10/2020.

                Sir, Self complained through online on 15.10.2020 and the complaint id # generated[protected], shockingly same was closed on the same day without attending to it. Again, same complaint was lodged on 17.10.2020 and till now status showing " to be processed".

                Do not know how long this would be processed ? not even a phone call to understand the problem ( we can't reach them at all...).

                Request concern officerto respond and rectify the faulty meter.

                Its been nearly two weeks...no reaction/action been initiated by the TN EB Koyembedu/Nerkundram. It only reflects Poor administration and spoils the Government image.

                    Sir, I am Rubasingh samuel, having house at Jesuralempallipathu which is falling under Kayamozhi EB office (customer No .1184) in Tiruchendure Taluka
                    My brother who is a agricultural worker who sparingly stays in that house. The meter box is not fixed on the outside wall but inside the room.
                    Six months back when my brother went to EB office and enquired about the payment, it was informed by the office that the meter reading is less than 100 units (which is free by TN Government) hence told him no overdue amount is pending.
                    But four months back my brother went to Kayamozhi office to complain about loose connection, the officials asked for meter reading, he gave 860 units (cumulative) as on that date. (from the date of fixing meter). Now TNEB is demanding 2, 900 rupees as charges otherwise they will disconnect the EB service. When I went to Kayamozhi EB office and check the consumption, for last two years monthly consumption is mentioned as "0" and told me that since the house was locked they were not able to take meter reading they charged the total consumption in one month it is about 600 units.
                    I request the EB officials to look into the matter and distribute the total consumption units to all the two years for which the consumption is mentioned as 0 and waive the charges levied.

                        I am living at 6-518-1 Pethanachinagar Virudhunagar 626001. I have 3 phse house TNEB power supply from 1995. I pay reqularly bills. Last 3 months, I am not getting three phase power supply. I get only single phase supply. I reported by phone to local wire man. Recording is also done. I myself is an electrical engineer. The connection from post is isolated. Please fix it.

                          Hi i payed my to a wrong TNEB Consumer No[protected]. i want to get a refund of this amount. it is an old residence where we used to stay a year ago and accidently paid to this number. Kindly refund the amount paid on 14th Oct 2020

                              I pay every month bill following the meter reading... lockdown period my salon is closed for two months so that time meter reading is zero but I pay bill for your tariff... so please cancel this average shortfall bill...

                                We live in Kaspapuram, Mappedu the voltage has been very low and we were never able to switch on Air conditioner. Fans are running very slow during day time as well as night times I asked the EB people and they say, they cannot help as the incoming voltage itself is low. I do not to whom should we go ask for.

                                  Hi team I have made my payments on regular basis during Covid lockdown as well but reading was only taken last month and now they want us to pay Rs 21401 for September usually we get an amount of rs 3 k to 6 k and units between 1000 plus to 2000 plus but for last month the unit is 3410 which is way high for 1 floor we have 3 floors and one commercial line but for one floor this is way high

                                    I paid my EB bill through online payment free chargeon 12 Oct 2020 amount was deducted but transaction still showing in processing for about 3 days.. my eb bill deadline will be end by 16 Oct 2020 ...
