I paid my EB bill through online payment free chargeon 12 Oct 2020 amount was deducted but transaction still showing in processing for about 3 days.. my eb bill deadline will be end by 16 Oct 2020 ... I[censored]nsuccessful atleast they can refund the money we can try by visiting eb office.

    My consumer no[protected] . I have got Rs:1912 INR as bill amount for duration - 18 July 2020 to 17 September 2020.
    Due to Covid, we are not at home that belongs to the above mentioned consumer number for the past four months.
    We are worried and tried approaching the persons who took meter reading regularly for the apartment and we are not getting any support from them.We are continuously reaching them for past one month and getting improper response.
    So we didnt pay bill amount yet and this bill amount is very huge for us.To your point, We have not received this huge bill amount even when I was staying at my home regularly.
    We are helpless and afraid how we received this bill amount for no usage.
    Please assist on this.

                Dear sir,
                I applied 3 phase connection in Feb 2020 and paid Rs 39, 510 dated on March 13, 2020 in Madurai- Villapuram TNEB office . AE said we dont have 16 sq.mm cable right now, and approve service by service wire for 3 house,

                Now we are suffering Voltage fluctuation past 7 month.
                Request for Install 2 nos POLE for my service with cable.

                  There is frequent power cut at Kannur Amman look street, Vijayanallur, Sholavaram post, Chennai - 600067daily more than three times a day and mid night for last six months. We are extremely fed up with the very low voltage power supply in our area. For the past six months we are facing power fluctuation in our area. We are afraid if this would damage our households. All the 3 phases are very low voltage. Requesting to sort out the issue as soon as possible.

                      Sir,
                      I am residing at Parasnath nagar, Iyyappanthangal, chennai. My service no is[protected].west EDC.
                      Electricity reading was not taken in Aug 2020 and no bill was generated.
                      Now totally bill was charged for 810 units and bill claimed as rs 3826/=
                      Ideally it should be 810/2=405 for 2Bills.
                      For 405 units it is rs 830/= multiplied by 2 it is only 1660/= I request you to kindly check this and send me a revised bill.

                          Respected Sir/Madam,
                          There is electricity leakage, near Adyar Water Wash, 3rd Avenue, Indira Nagar, Adyar, Chennai 60020. As per the version of Adyar Water Wash owner a staff/worker from TNEB told that there is electricity leakage so TNEB staff/worker put the car mat to prevent. I would like to confirm is it really electricity leakage is there. If yes then please do the needful to stop it. As for me concern that car mat cannot stop the electricity leakage during the raining days. Thank you Sir.
