I am from kallakurichi dt, irrudayampattu post. Last one week here reqular power cut we cant able to work kindly take a stem and resolve it.

    From yesterday morning, power didn't supply to my area. Due to the air, wires were touching. Nobody didn't take care that since yesterday.

      I made online electricity bill payment from upi, amount is deducted from account but is still in waiting for confirmation stage on tneb website site. Bill payment is not reflected in my account.

          My Consumer number is[protected]. I want to inform you that, the electricity bill from the last four months have increased but my usage is still constant. I think there might be issue with the meter.

          So, i request you to kindly check the meter and if there is any issue replace it. I also request the correction in the electricity bill from last four months.

          EB Office Assistant Engineer from sembakkam chennai ( near bata showroom ) he is not giving proper response.

            I missed to pay my TNEB bill for the month of Jun, 2020.Last date to pay is July 20, 2020. When I checked on Aug 2 my bill was charged with BPSC (Belated Payment Surcharges) and RCFEES (Reconnection Charges) of Rs.100. Till today I didn't have service disconnection but I am automatically billed with Reconnection Fees (There is no disconnection/reconnection happened) because I missed only one payment. I am paying few more cards online to avoid going into EB office for my relatives. There is no clarification provided from TNEB when I checked online consumer complaints. No one available to pickup a call suggested by TNEB CUS Care.

              I am from melapoongudi village, sivagangai district, opposite to vao office. Ht line is going infront of our house. The line is getting lowering from the post. It is nearly 5feet above the person's height and is nearly 4 feet from the compound height. Please take immediate action, the line is swinging due to high wind. It may cause danger.

                I have made a payment of my tneb bill amount and the same is debited from my bank account, but if i check in tneb website, it states 'not approved by bank'. Not sure what has to be done.

                  We have made online payment through credit card for rs 9968 dated 01.08.2020 for 2 bills... Ref no[protected]

                    Hi this is bala from velachery tnhb colony chennai. Yesterday night 11 o clock power cut this surrounding. I raise the online complaints. Complaints number 2600. I try a e number i mentioned[protected] he numbers ringing but not attained call still time 9:57 am today current power cuts continue. Yesterday 11 clock cut off still continue. No budy not responsible.

                      Hi,

                      We are running a playschool in this house. Its purely commercial. And closed from march 21st due to corona. No one is using. But i am really shocked about electricity bill.

                      March to may - rs. 2398
                      May to july - rs. 3665

                          Dear sir,
                          I wish to inform that i got iii phase connection from our tangedco, karaikudi, sivagangai district vide eb service no.[protected] during may 2019. The power connection of service i. E. Earthwire is wrongly connected to street light instead of eb pole situated at subramaniapuram 9th street north extension, karaikudi, one helper/wireman of tangedco, one day during december 2019 came to my home and informed me to change the connectivity to eb pole from street light pipe. But it was not done so far. They demanded rs.1500 at the time of giving this iii phase connection and that amount to the them. Before giving connection, they have demanded rs.2000 for fixing the wire connection to eb pole and that amount also has been given to tangedco helper. Even though such formalities are done, the above connection was not properly given. Hence, i request yourself that kindly do the needful to set right the above wrong connectivity. Thank you.

                            March '20 bill (320) was settled, then may month bill (320) was settled without reading details as per amount mentioned online (I. E, the same amount of march'20). Now the reading was taken from march to till july end and invoiced (650) without deducting the may month amount. So i have to pay 320 extra which is incorrect.

                                  We are facing power cut issues atleast weekly once that too in the night time for many hours. We are not getting proper response from the ambattur especially numbers given to contact them are totally waste.. Even if they attend the call also they will not give proper answer. Why often power cut issue happens ambattur market, ambattur ot.. We are paying the eb bill without fail. Are we consuming electricity for free.. Really very frustrating.. We have sit in the midnight without power cut for many hours like in old age.. Either fix the old wires or atleast ask eb persons to attend the call and answer politely.

                                    For May I was charged for 500 units as per the previous billing cycle. In july they have taken the units from March which is 2900 units and billed me for 16, 000/- rupees and reduced rs 1000 for the 500 units I used in May rather than reducing 500 units from 2900 units. Also only 100 free units have been given for 2 billing cycles.

                                      In front of our house eb pole has been installed, Daily we are facing problem with that pole. It is danger while vehicles crossing that pole that might lead to accidents. Please check that and shift that pole as soon as possible.
