Address: F2, PLOT 115, 4TH MAIN ROAD, SWAMY NAGAR, MUDICHUR, CHENNAI - 600048

March '20 bill (320) was settled, then may month bill (320) was settled without reading details as per amount mentioned online (I. E, the same amount of march'20). Now the reading was taken from march to till july end and invoiced (650) without deducting the may month amount. So i have to pay 320 extra which is incorrect.

        We are facing power cut issues atleast weekly once that too in the night time for many hours. We are not getting proper response from the ambattur especially numbers given to contact them are totally waste.. Even if they attend the call also they will not give proper answer. Why often power cut issue happens ambattur market, ambattur ot.. We are paying the eb bill without fail. Are we consuming electricity for free.. Really very frustrating.. We have sit in the midnight without power cut for many hours like in old age.. Either fix the old wires or atleast ask eb persons to attend the call and answer politely.

          For May I was charged for 500 units as per the previous billing cycle. In july they have taken the units from March which is 2900 units and billed me for 16, 000/- rupees and reduced rs 1000 for the 500 units I used in May rather than reducing 500 units from 2900 units. Also only 100 free units have been given for 2 billing cycles.

          I am not able to upload a photo..It is available on request

            In front of our house eb pole has been installed, Daily we are facing problem with that pole. It is danger while vehicles crossing that pole that might lead to accidents. Please check that and shift that pole as soon as possible.

                [protected] my cus. No, in my house average bill amount is 500rs only but this month 5766rs. So i doubted about meter reading so i taken a video and test the meter reading, i found meter running fast without usage.

                    Sir/madam,

                    With reference to the consumer no [protected] i like to bring to your kind notice that you have entered the wrong meter reading against the consumer no [protected].
                    Reading taken on 18/05/2020 3010 and reading taken on date 25/07/2020 3071 refer attached video for your reference. But the reading entered in your system 20/07/2020 3660. Last three bimonthly consumption is 40 units and before it was 60 units you may check it. I understand it is a clerical and oversight error of 589 units, please look into it and correct the entirety to avoid further problems relating to it.Â

                    I have raced an online complain [protected] in tneb website which was closed without any further verification

                    Please look into the issue and help to solve

                      This is Mukundan from Hiriya gowder line, near kalaimagal junction, Aruvankadu The Nilgiris. There has been power shut down often in this place. Today - 27th July 2020, power cut had happened around 8 in the morning and it hasnt come the whole day.
                      Most o[censored]s here are WORKING FROM HOME, hence we need power to work on computers.
                      Please fix this asap and move the shut downs to weekends.

                        I am from guduvancheri behind the bus stand (Drowpathi amman temple). Whenever there is even a little rain/ slight drizzle, they cut the power and it returns only at 5. There is no response when called the local eb man. He either says it will come in 20 mins or will never answer at all. But the default power cut timing is from 11pm to 5 am.

                                  The connection no.[protected] is my flat's common connection covering stair case lights and water motor. Normal average consumption is 340 to 350 units bi-monthly from the year 2015. Post lockdown reading shown as 1480 units for 4 months (Two bimonthly), this is not possible, request to order reinspection to take exact reading. Holding payment till then
