This is Mukundan from Hiriya gowder line, near kalaimagal junction, Aruvankadu The Nilgiris. There has been power shut down often in this place. Today - 27th July 2020, power cut had happened around 8 in the morning and it hasnt come the whole day.
Most o[censored]s here are WORKING FROM HOME, hence we need power to work on computers.
Please fix this asap and move the shut downs to weekends.

    I am from guduvancheri behind the bus stand (Drowpathi amman temple). Whenever there is even a little rain/ slight drizzle, they cut the power and it returns only at 5. There is no response when called the local eb man. He either says it will come in 20 mins or will never answer at all. But the default power cut timing is from 11pm to 5 am.

        Daily we are facing few hours of announced power cut in sathyamangalam, govindarajapuram area, 638402 pincode. Since we couldn't find any other means of raising complaints submitting here.

              The connection no.[protected] is my flat's common connection covering stair case lights and water motor. Normal average consumption is 340 to 350 units bi-monthly from the year 2015. Post lockdown reading shown as 1480 units for 4 months (Two bimonthly), this is not possible, request to order reinspection to take exact reading. Holding payment till then

                Danger of trees near power lines

                Why are trees a threat to my power supply?

                Approximately 20% of the unplanned power outages you experience are caused by trees and other vegetation growing too close to power lines.

                In high winds, trees and their debris can be blown onto power lines, causing the lines to short-circuit, and can also cause significant damage to our electrical equipment, resulting in power cuts. So please cut tree.

                      Am staying in kanyakumari dist, thengapattam panchayat arasakulam. Residing in 18/72 arasakulam csi church road. We already raised a compliant to change the eb post wil is going inside our land. Its is too danger sometime fire spark is coming. Here kids and old ppls are there. We already visited many times tholaiyavattam eb office and gave the complaints. But still action is not taken. Pls take immediate action

                        I have created the account in TANGEDCO online payment link. Also i got the auto generated mail confirming my account has been activated. While trying to login with the account created, i am getting the error "bad credentials / account not activated " though the credential is correct.

                            Today 1/07/2020 morning i have raised a complaint number 273 and 1057 through 1912 which has no further response or rectification of issue since i raised another complaint[protected] through online which is also has no response we are suffering from around 7 hours of power failure even after raising the complaints through proper channel and thus [protected] of padi eb is always irresponsive on receiving phone calls and rectifying issue

                                I am from chennai sholinganallur. My consumer number[protected]. For the month of june 2020 i have paid my eb bill as per the mail i received from tneb for 250 units. But today i received a bill of 5872. When enquired during the reading, eb person said its for 4months and the amount i paid will be adjusted towards the unit's but i have received a mail only for the full amount nothing has been adjusted.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am trying to launch a complaint for no power issue for 1 hour through the Telephone number [protected]. No body picks up the call I can see my call connect to a telephone and simply rings. The Employee who is working in Gobichettipalayam EB office did this at 1:26 AM on 17 July 2020.Please take necessary actions against the person who is on duty. I am not able to sleep due to this current failure and also my time was wasted. I need compensation from TNEB for this.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I would like to bring to your notice that i live in c1- allied elegant enclave 3 main road swaminathan nagar at kottivakham chennai.

                                        I have been getting excessive electricity bill from past 3 months, but somehow i have managed to pay it assuming that the government or the electricity board will rectify this issue in the next month as everyone is in there respective home due to covid 19 & lockdown by our government.
                                        Unfortunately my trust on electricity board took a shock when again i received a bill of 19000/- which doesn't make sense at all.
                                        I work for one of the most reputed hospital in chennai and most of my time is spent in hospital and i am living alone from past 3 months it is practically impossible to get a bill of 19000/-.

                                        Request you all to kindly look into this personally as such things gives an unwanted stress and loss faith in government and the electricity board authority.
