    Hello sir/madam,
    We are living in karambakkam 1st street, chennai.
    We are facing low voltage and suddenly high voltage, due to this many home appliances are getting damaged.in our street there are many kids who are all suffering due to this. We are facing this problem for past 1 week, particularly from evening 8pm to 12 noon. We have informed about this many times to electric board but they are not taking any action against it.
    Please take action and repair our problem.

        Unable to activate the account

        I have registered on TANGEDCO with my consumer id and after that received a link in email for activation of the account. But that link is not working and I am unable to login. When I try to login it says bad credentials / Account not activated....

        I have been shifted to this new home past december 2019.. Still today am finding very low voltage fluctuations during late evening to later night.. Even during morning time i am seeing max 200 or 205v we are getting.

        Night low voltage goes down till 140v
        Due which our appliances are not working as expected!..
        Bot sure our are people have already compliant about this..

        Low voltage from 230 to 200 is acceptable arrange at time.. But most of the time it is raining 140 to 160.

        Please take necessary action.. I have given location in the section provided

        I have been shifted to this new home(Kodungaiyur, Venkateshwara colony) past December 2019.. still today am finding very low voltage fluctuations during late evening to late night.. even during morning time i am seeing max 200 or 205V.

        Night low voltage goes down till 140V
        Due which our appliances are not working as expected!..
        But not sure our area people have already compliant about this..

        Low voltage from 230 to 200 is acceptable arrange at time.. but most of the time it is ranging 140 to 160. Which is not acceptable. We pay full money for what we use right?. Why do you give the standard expected range to the area.. this mean no regulatory board in control for this are?!!

          Hi last night at 11 pm we didn't get power supply in our area sastri nagar vyasarpadi chennai 39 but eb workers saying morning 10 o clock only we'll come and solve it.in our house 85 year old elderly patient is here if anything happens tneb has to take responsibility.. Ti's kind o[censored]nstable power supply is regular in our area.. Kindly solve the problem without further delay

              We are residing at b. V. Colony 3 ed street, vyasarpadi chennai 39. We have frequent issues of power cut, power fluctuation, low voltage. No proper actions taken by the vyasarpadi eb staffs. They don't even respond to the phone calls. This issue has been prevailing for almost more than a month now. Please support to get this issue addressed.
              And moreover this kind of issues pop up every alternative month. No proper or permanent solution has been given so far. Expecting an immediate solution, please.

                Today, i have initiated my electric bill payment through the google pay app. Transaction process got failed in google pay but electric bill amount of mine 590 rs got debited from my account hdfc bank. I have raised a problem in google pay app too.in that, payment will be refunded within 7 working days. We dont know what to do next. I have a lot of confusion so please help me on this to resolve the problem. There is only 4 more days for electric bill due date. Please help me and resolve the issue as soon as possible
                And, answer the following questions also.

                Can i pay the bill again? If yes, how can i pay? Like pay directly offline to eb office or online.

                When will be refunded my amount to account?

                Please help me on this asap and attached the transaction details.

                Today, i have initiated my electric bill payment through the google pay app. Transaction process got failed in google pay but electric bill amount of 290 Rs got debited from my account in SBI bank. In Google pay it says payment will be refunded within 7 working days. Today is the last date due for my bill payment (06.01.2021).Please help me and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                Will my amount will be refunded?

                  Hi i am staying in kundrathur neelambal nagar. Here the current is not stable its fluctuating high and low during night for past 2 years. Most of the electrical appliances getting repaired due to this issue. There is a risk of accident due to power variation. I don't know were to complaint regarding this issue. Please solve the as soon as possible.

                    I am residing in chinnamannur Gandhi nagar colony. Here power cut happening frequently. Few days before, continuously no power for 2 days and eb claimed due to transformer issue.

                    Even after we facing frequent power cut with out proper reason.

                      Street lights are damaged condition in Murali Nagar, Orikkai, Kanchipuram. Lights are hanging without any support on electric pole. The wire only give support for street lights. It is possible to fall on general peoples while they are passing on the street. So kindly rectify it as soon as possible to avoid the life loss.

                        The persons who all are came to take the reading for past four months (March and may). They were saying the amount is very low for past four months when compared to previous months they are saying we changed the reading its been so stressful with them. The reason for low reading was now less members in the family. So electric consumption is very less.                           I am a nri, living in germany. I hadn't been in india over the past 3 years.
                          For the past five months, i have been receiving a message which states that a bill for the sc no. [protected] has not been repayed.
                          As i told you that i am a nri, and hadn't been in india recently, then i would like to know why i should pay a electricity bill for a stupid person who is using my mobile number with the electricity bill, and doesn't have courage to provide his own phone number instead.
                          For each incoming sms, my mobile provider charges 15 rs for international sms, and i use this sim cards only for bank related otp messages, and not such stupid electricity bills from unknown strangers.

                            This message is about madipakkam eb staff who worked yesterday in night shift. Eb office is nearby madipakkam bustand, ffrom yesterday night 8pm there was a failure of one phase in our kubera nagar extn, 2nd st, madipakkam, rest of the phase not good frequent fluctuation we checked with neighbours same so we called eb office the guy who picked the call what oh what happens it one phase is not working i replied rest of phase is flactuating badly, he replied it will like that only cant do anything i[censored] feel sweat go out sleep this is how the employee should be not only him the staffs in madipakkam eb office so rude lethargic irresponsibleafter 1 hour again i called the number was busy for long hours as he kept the phone receiver down, morning i ask my wife to call check he behaved in the same rude way shouted at her and cut the call. Here im facing the problem many times, the eb line is not at all good, they are not rectifying it giving some lame excuses. Kindly take immidiate action on the employee. Thanku.

                              Respected sir;
                              Our place eathamozhy board is facing daily power cuts minimum of 1hr daily at night and today it had already been six hrs of power cuts. We people are suffering so much because of this. Why should there be power cuts during lockdown periods and also after announcing 10th exam schedule that too at night time in summer season. And there is no good response from our eathamozhy eb office

                                My house EB bill amount is Rs 9914. It is my last EB bill amount due to corona pbm. But my house EB meter was terieffed as on Feb 29th. I was using 12 units only temporary EB line and balance units are used permanent EB line. I am a company employee. Pl consider my pbm and to take corrective action as soon as possible....

                                Hi,
                                Im from pollachi city (07/05/2020), coimbatore. Past couple of days power cut happening in our city. Timing like 11.30pm to 2 am and also evening 6pm to 7pm. Mostly it happening on night time. We unable to sleep on these days. We dont have ups facility in my home.in news electricity minister told like there is no power cut in tamilnadu. Can you please check in district wise so that you will know the truth. Please take severe action to resolve this problem. This is 3rd time im raising this kind of issue. I didnt get any proper response from this board.
