voltas split ac p3 error issue

Dated: on 14.05.2019 i have installed voltas split ac, after installation within 2 weeks an error p3 is showing... And since then my ac is not working properly... And regarding the same i have lodged complaint to your team so many times
But am sorry to say i am very disappointed because till now my issue is not solved. Your so called highly trained technician could'nt find out the fault in the ac.

We have serious issues with low voltage in SPS first Street Royapettah. Especially in night the AC fail to work and these voltage fluctuations are the reason. Since this is a residential area where night consumption of power is high we are facing this problem in nights. Pls provide us quality power.

I have paid application fee for junior assistant accounts exam in tneb 3 times as the bank confirmation was not received, after which 1 transaction confirmed and for the other 2 transaction to be provided refund, I didn't receive the refund yet, I paid it on March 7, 8 9 th 2020, I have attached screenshot of the same with transaction details, I request you to check with respective person from tneb as 2 month have passed, I have not received...

There is frequent power cut in kamaraja nagar,
Avadi. During lockdown period this has increased per day 3 to 4 hours every day. Everyone is working from home and this is affecting our daily office work badly. Power cut is happening morning afternoon and during late night after 12 am to 2 am....

bad credentials or account not activated

I have just created an account for tangedco to pay my electricity bills online. I have not received any auto generated email to activate my account since 3 days. I have tried to submit online complaint regarding excess billing on last 2 tneb bills. The tneb online billing portal has a selection for submitting complaints, but when i entered the necessary information, no complaint was registered. Suddenly in the last two bills the amount charged has gone up 7 or 8 times the usual amount. Meanwhile, there had been no change in consumption. consumer not live error

Hi,

The last bill generated for us was in Jan 2020. For the months January and February, online bill was not generated in March.

When we tried to create login on the tneb website for the consumer number it says consumer not live

wrong eb bill

After today morning heavy rain and thunder, no current/electricity in few streets in triplicane viz raja hanumantha lala lane and street, half of v. R. Pillai street. Couldn't contact eb office for lodging complaint. May be 4 days complete lockdown.

Sir, please immediately look into the matter on urgent basis. Because no water, old/children/sick and all are suffering.

This is victor from santhome dooming street chennai my house no 5/1 dooming street santhome chennai-4 every time in my street current few houses they cut off my current for 7-6 hours daily... If i cal to the eb office they said every time same reasons cable fault or feeder failure or heavy load like that... Staffs are not all bothered about our situations.. Realy fed up with the tneb staffs.. Please dismissed the bad staff and put genuine...
