Hello sir/madam, am mohan raj. Running a cafe come restaurant at saravanampatti (Blasuz maggie cafe, no.5 meenakshi nagar, near kct, way to sankara college, thudiyalur road, saravanampatti, cbe-641035) for the past two years. Our previous bill was for 11, 129/- and this was a second highest amount in our payment history. (Service no.[protected] rajeshwari p) it doesn't matter when we were in productive. But due to corona issues, as per government orders we are closed from[protected]. So we haven't consumed 85% of our actual minimum consumption so far. But the bill i have received today was a same previous bill consumption i. E. One of the maximum consumption of 11, 129/- in the pay cycle from[protected] to[protected] we were actually worked for 22 days only out of 60 days. The other 48 days were inactive. So we might consumed only a 15% power consumption from previous bill. I have checked it in our meter box too. But you have billed us fully. This is absolutely not acceptable and can't bearable at this situation. So please check it and kindly waive this bill/charge what we actually consumed at your earliest.
