This message is about madipakkam eb staff who worked yesterday in night shift. Eb office is nearby madipakkam bustand, ffrom yesterday night 8pm there was a failure of one phase in our kubera nagar extn, 2nd st, madipakkam, rest of the phase not good frequent fluctuation we checked with neighbours same so we called eb office the guy who picked the call what oh what happens it one phase is not working i replied rest of phase is flactuating badly, he replied it will like that only cant do anything i[censored] feel sweat go out sleep this is how the employee should be not only him the staffs in madipakkam eb office so rude lethargic irresponsibleafter 1 hour again i called the number was busy for long hours as he kept the phone receiver down, morning i ask my wife to call check he behaved in the same rude way shouted at her and cut the call. Here im facing the problem many times, the eb line is not at all good, they are not rectifying it giving some lame excuses. Kindly take immidiate action on the employee. Thanku.

    Respected sir;
    Our place eathamozhy board is facing daily power cuts minimum of 1hr daily at night and today it had already been six hrs of power cuts. We people are suffering so much because of this. Why should there be power cuts during lockdown periods and also after announcing 10th exam schedule that too at night time in summer season. And there is no good response from our eathamozhy eb office
    Sir kindly please look to it and reduce the time of power cuts and please do the needful

      My house EB bill amount is Rs 9914. It is my last EB bill amount due to corona pbm. But my house EB meter was terieffed as on Feb 29th. I was using 12 units only temporary EB line and balance units are used permanent EB line. I am a company employee. Pl consider my pbm and to take corrective action as soon as possible....

      Hi,
      Im from pollachi city (07/05/2020), coimbatore. Past couple of days power cut happening in our city. Timing like 11.30pm to 2 am and also evening 6pm to 7pm. Mostly it happening on night time. We unable to sleep on these days. We dont have ups facility in my home.in news electricity minister told like there is no power cut in tamilnadu. Can you please check in district wise so that you will know the truth. Please take severe action to resolve this problem. This is 3rd time im raising this kind of issue. I didnt get any proper response from this board.

        Hi, this is krishnamoorthy. I were living in a rental home and i've moved from my old rental house to the new one before one and a half year. However i'm receiving bill to my mobile number for sc no:[protected] a long time so please delete my number from your database - [protected]. As because of the lock down i'm unable to go to the tneb office which is a little far away from my house. So kindly please do the needful. 05/07/2020

          Today (07.05.2020) morning the staff assigned to take eb meter reading in hudco colony, murugan nagar, peelamedu, coimbatore came with mask and gloves protecting herself but she entered inside our home wearing shoes even after requesting her to keep her shoes out in our balcony. She is repeating the same everytime when she comes to take reading. When i requested her she refused and asked us to keep the meter outside and continued that if the meter is inside she will be entering with shoes only. Its really unhygienic. Kindly take action regarding this and advice her not to enter any home with shoes. Thank you

            My EB consumer number is[protected]. I am unable to create online registration for this consumer number because it always says invalid consumer number. But on the EB card, this is what has been mentioned. I am not sure why this error message always pops up

              Low voltage power supply at different times in lakshmi nagar extention
              Electrical items damage
              Fear of running motor for pumping water which is very essential for all purposes especially washing hands frequently in this critical period
              No attempt made by field officers to set right the defect
              Any more delay will cause property loss besides bringing mental sgony

                Dated: on 14.05.2019 i have installed voltas split ac, after installation within 2 weeks an error p3 is showing... And since then my ac is not working properly... And regarding the same i have lodged complaint to your team so many times
                But am sorry to say i am very disappointed because till now my issue is not solved. Your so called highly trained technician could'nt find out the fault in the ac.
                Voltage company worried to me from last 1 year.

                  We have serious issues with low voltage in SPS first Street Royapettah. Especially in night the AC fail to work and these voltage fluctuations are the reason. Since this is a residential area where night consumption of power is high we are facing this problem in nights. Pls provide us quality power.

                    I have paid application fee for junior assistant accounts exam in tneb 3 times as the bank confirmation was not received, after which 1 transaction confirmed and for the other 2 transaction to be provided refund, I didn't receive the refund yet, I paid it on March 7, 8 9 th 2020, I have attached screenshot of the same with transaction details, I request you to check with respective person from tneb as 2 month have passed, I have not received the refund yet.                       There is frequent power cut in kamaraja nagar,
                      Avadi. During lockdown period this has increased per day 3 to 4 hours every day. Everyone is working from home and this is affecting our daily office work badly. Power cut is happening morning afternoon and during late night after 12 am to 2 am.

                        Respected sir,

                        I am here to complain on behalf my neighbourhoods and myself, there is a frequent power cuts in our area have become a very big problem in our day to day life for more than 30days. There is hardly any area which is not affected by this problem. We are not getting proper electric current for our work. It has become a headache thereby obstructing our daily life routine. We are not able to use our gadgets because of this load shedding and thus we have become digitally blind.in this hot and humid summer we are frequently falling ill and also not getting a proper sleep. Even we are not able to assume when the power goes off, because of this we lost our sleep and facing a alot problem there is a sudden voltage fluctuation, because of this there is no safety for ours electronics product. Regarding this issue we have complained many times to out nearby eb office, there is no appropriate response.
                        I therefore request you to highlight this load shedding issue of our area so that the attention of the authorities of our service station can be drawn up on this problem.  i will be highly obliged.

                          I have been experiencing frequent disconnection in my Consumer No[protected]Arjunan A). I called 1912 (No Response) and[protected]They told me that I needed to come there to register the complaint. But in this situation that is not the right choice to go there in person) So take my complaint and do the needful to resolve this issue.

                              In thoothukudi anna nagar area. We are getting. Regular power cut. Unnecessary way it's going on daily morning, afternoon, night one hour or half on hour or 2 hours like taht way. We enquiry in other area. They are not at all getting power cut. But why eb department during in some area. How we will sleep and how we will do our daily work. Now corona situation in this time power cut means how people stay inside home. No social distance

                                I have just created an account for tangedco to pay my electricity bills online. I have not received any auto generated email to activate my account since 3 days.                                 I have tried to submit online complaint regarding excess billing on last 2 tneb bills. The tneb online billing portal has a selection for submitting complaints, but when i entered the necessary information, no complaint was registered. Suddenly in the last two bills the amount charged has gone up 7 or 8 times the usual amount. Meanwhile, there had been no change in consumption. The account[protected] is for my father who lives alone in a one bedroom seniors apartment complex. His last bill was more than rs 2600 and the one before that more than rs 2800. I am trying to get it corrected on his behalf at long distance and tried to do so online. The complaint system on tneb website is completely misleading and bogus, making it appear that they have a legitimate process to resolve consumer issues. How can i get this resolved when i am unable to go to a tneb office in person?

                                  Hello sir/madam, am mohan raj. Running a cafe come restaurant at saravanampatti (Blasuz maggie cafe, no.5 meenakshi nagar, near kct, way to sankara college, thudiyalur road, saravanampatti, cbe-641035) for the past two years. Our previous bill was for 11, 129/- and this was a second highest amount in our payment history. (Service no.[protected] rajeshwari p) it doesn't matter when we were in productive. But due to corona issues, as per government orders we are closed from[protected]. So we haven't consumed 85% of our actual minimum consumption so far. But the bill i have received today was a same previous bill consumption i. E. One of the maximum consumption of 11, 129/- in the pay cycle from[protected] to[protected] we were actually worked for 22 days only out of 60 days. The other 48 days were inactive. So we might consumed only a 15% power consumption from previous bill. I have checked it in our meter box too. But you have billed us fully. This is absolutely not acceptable and can't bearable at this situation. So please check it and kindly waive this bill/charge what we actually consumed at your earliest.
