I understand from eb officials there was some problem in the meter, and immediately raised the complaint for that in the 1st week of jan 2020. Ref complaint id - [protected] - but without doing anything they raised bill on me with past payment which was higher in last one year. Again i have raised complaint but no revert and they closed the complaint simply without any solutions. Later they have changed the new meter in the month of feb only, and in next billing they have calculated with old average, but in the month of feb i have installed solar power, again my billing is coming about rs 8400, it shows complete negligence of tneb officials, would request the refund for my excess payment in last bill and correct the current billing.

      The voltage is 150 v instead of 230 v. Lights and fan flicker all night which is a nuisance. I have called the villupuram eb office but no response, they told they will send an employee to attend the complaint and i have also complained in person. Why is this delay to attend the customer services?
      We have 10 days baby at home at home with out fan and we are facing very difficult and we dont know what to do. Kindly attend the complaint and

        X tenant was used the tneb online payment option. Now he vacated and not giving the user id and password. Now iam the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment. If iam clicking the forgot password and user name is going to the old email which was created previously.

              Here the people were using more amount of current than the amount to be used, which often makes the transformer failure. The amount of current to be used from the transformer is 100 hp given by the government but they using more amount than 100 hp which makes trouble in the transformer, this make others to suffer without current for them. So please concern this problem and take necessary action on this as soon as possible.

              I applied for TNEB ae application. I uploaded all documents and completed all procedures. When I am trying to pay via online it showing error. When I am trying continuously, it is saying that already online payment is pending, try next day.

                I am staying pass 20 yrs in Thiruverkadu Abirami nagar 2nd Street phasa 2 Chennai. Since every day we facing issue regarding power cut. Now a days we need to work from home and born baby's are in our home. Kindly resolve the power cut issue on regular basis.

                      I had been trying to contact everyone in triplicane as well as in south madras electricity from 6pm. Not even single person is attenind calls, o tried to call triplicane eb office, they didn't attended calls and i tried calling ae he/she didn't attending calls and i had been calling eb customer care number even they didn't bothered to attend calls. When they have issue in attending calls, why do they give contact numbers in their website. Dear officers please do remember, we are paying all charges and you are answerable to public, as you people are paid for that and paid by us.

                        I am manoj kumar bana, from flat no : e409, casagrand cherry pick. For your information casagrand cherry pick is a residential apartment in gandhi nagar society, perumbakkam, chennai. Having around 400 flats.

                        My old consumer/service no was[protected] and the new consumer/service number (Recently changed at the end of 2019) [protected].

                        I could see my electric bill is high from nov-2019, after checking my account...

                        Power cut has become usual in vengaivasal santhoshpuram. Daily electricity is not available atleast for an hour. As all know due to corona impact people are working from home. They are impacted because of the powercut. Tried reaching out to the eb office but of no use! Expecting this will not continue in the upcoming days atleast till the corona effect vanishes

                            We live in vallal pari nagar. Here starting from 14th street, voltage is very low which is not crossing 130v. Due to this first the appliances are loosing their life and importantly, we are unable to turn on the ac both in day and night time. We can hear the children and aged people grunting in impatience. Please help to solve this problem and we guess we are asking for what we are paying.

                              I have applied for tneb ae (Assistant engineer) exam, completed all applicaation and uploaded my documents and finally paid through online payment, the amount was 1180 which was deducted. My online payment status still showing "bank confirmation: not received", please help me fix this problem. My application no is b0571200. I still getting that my online payment status was same.

The eb operator s they will cut the other customers service why because they need corruption money if we call them no response from wireman. Je and ae has no power if we report to them je and ae says the wireman guys are not work properly. This means they have no power even to guide their wirman of (Kallavi office) in uthangarai tk krishnagiri

                                      I have applied tneb ae exam.. I uploaded all document 3 days before.. But i paid today using net banking..

                                      While online payment through net banking, the amount has been deducted.. But bank confirmation shows "not received"..
