Dear Sir/Madam,

I had done online payment for Bill due date of 18/12/19 of Rupes 920/- with late fine on 21st Dec 2019 of rupees 1136.48 but even though i got dis-connected the power supply. After checking with department, they informed this amount was not credited in EB portal, hence pay the money with fine again.

please find attached the EB payment receipts one with old payment and other one till March payment....

We have received bill on 5 th march 2020. We went to eb office kalliluppam branch, ambattur chennai for paying bill on 10 th march 2020.

I am from palur near samayapuram. Here we are living for 6 months... Here we are facing unnecessary power cut with irrespective of time... Sometimes 2-3 hours of power cut will occur... While am trying 1st time i received pending status then i tried once again for payment then also i received pending status. Received pending on payment status for both transaction but rs1180 deducted from my account... Now i want revert of my fee which extra amount deducted from my account of rs.1180.. There is a tree (Pungai maram) outside our compound, near the main entrance. This tree has been there even before we started construction of our building. Some of the tree branches are falling over the eb lines going over our side, and are also touching the lines. Sometime back when eb people were on a pruning drive, they cut some branches so that the eb lines were freed. But the tree branches/leaves grow at a faster rate and now it poses...

Regarding this we had compliant to many time our area ae.
But his not even bothering that also he is avoiding our compliant call also

I have applied for TNEB exam for AE post and i proceeded with the online payment of rs.1180 via ICICI net banking today (24.02.2020). I didn't receive any confirmation message that my payment was successful and when i tracked the payment status, it was pending and payment not received from my application no :A0482746. Far many days the ac voltage is reading beyond 260v ac. This leads to damage most of our valuable consumable electric/electronic durable many times in a row.

Complained to respective field engineers but there is no action taken so far.

Sometimes people call me asking for valarmathi. Please sort this out at the earliest....

17/02/2020 i have made an online payment on tneb junior accounts (Assistant) post through online payment option. After i had payed i received pending status in bank confirmation. Still the pending status is remaining, but the amount of rs.1180 deducted from my bank account. Please consider my complaint and take action on this issue.
Please consider this issue on high priority.
