I dont have any eb connection but still receiving eb bill reminder messages.

Attached herewith same message

Please stop the messages.

Sometimes people call me asking for valarmathi. Please sort this out at the earliest.

    17/02/2020 i have made an online payment on tneb junior accounts (Assistant) post through online payment option. After i had payed i received pending status in bank confirmation. Still the pending status is remaining, but the amount of rs.1180 deducted from my bank account. Please consider my complaint and take action on this issue.
    Please consider this issue on high priority.

      Sir/mam,

      Repeatedly we are complaining that the reading taking person form eb office-ambattur-, nehru nagar area is comming always late.

      Last time he came at 16.12.2019, but till now he has not turned up.

      Always comming in delay and our unit increases because of that the slab rate also increase.

      We are paying double the amount.

      Hope you will take necessary action on this regard, and better change into monthly reading instead of 2 months.

        Our electric post is in damaged condition in past 4 year.in last 2years we are raising complaints against this issue in our local electricity office. But still now there is no action taken.
        Electric man tell that here after we cannot work on this post why because this post is too much damaged.
        We need new post for this line. Because of this old post we are facing electric issue many times in a week.

          We are a residential people where about 50 families live in our village. One of the person in our area uses the house line electricity for commercial purpose (For 4 wheeler vehicle tinkering, painting, welding and for other issues.
          Because of this all the houses which are surrounded by it are been affected with voltage issues. Kindly give a proper solution for the above.

            I've applied for takal scheme service for free eb connection for 15hp power supply to do agriculture from tneb. After 2 years time, now we have received the service approval after several followup with eb office of jayankondam, ariyalur dist. From last two days eb of jayankondam je informed to remove 7 old post lines to replace with new 7 post on same place. She send 6 member team along with one drilling vehicle...

            Dear team, i heard there is an electric pole installation near by my site situated at ayyampatti, r. Vellode (Po), gujiliamparai taluk, dindigul dt. The ploe was situated already opposite to this place and it got damaged, now they are replacing the existing pole. I am happy if they replace damagedelectric pole, but they have to install again where it was installed previously. But they are going to install near by site, currently it is empty, but in future i am planning to construct a house. And also it will affect the ppls who is turning that side. Because it is a corner house and three sides roads are available. Need help to install the ploe where it was available now

              I'm stating in potheri and here they cutting off current when ever they want without prior information!! I tried to call potheri EB but no response from them i made more than 15 calls but they not even pic the phone call!!

                    I paid the eb bill amount rs.1070. Through online on 30.01.2020. But the website problem first time amount was deducted from my account and shown error, then again i paid the bill amount rs.1070 second time. So i requested you to kindly refund the the debitable amount as soon as possible. More than a week amount also not refunded and i complaint through my tneb login portal but there is no proper response so kindly confirm me amount will when will refund.

                      door locked issue

                      If door locked, they are entering previous month unit and amount. But it will increase the next month bill amount as the unit difference will be more. But actually i paid more than actual amount when previous month unit is paid.
                      They should update the reading proof taken to them in person by the consumer in door locked case.
                      I can take photo of current date reading to update them as on date.
                      This must be followed....

                        My consumer no [protected]. Only two members in the house and we were getting a bill within rs. 900 over a year which was matching to our usage. After the rainy season in july, water got arrested in the community flat and lot of meters were had a problem. We raised the complaint in the community. And after to that issues, i receiving a bill of rs.3430, rs.2704, and now i received a bill of rs.9040. I need to get the extra payment done in the past and also i need someone to check the meter to avoide the confusions in future.

                        I paid for TNEB AE EXAM YESTERDAY amount got deducted from bank account but in Tangedco site in payment status it is showing as..BANKCONFIRMATION: NOT RECEIVED...
                        SHOULD I'VE TO PAY AGAIN.
                        IF SO WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO GET MY REFUND AMOUNT.

                        sir my serivce no[protected] the service meter faulted on oct month starting so they will change the meter at 10/10/2020.
                        before the chageing of meter EB bill comes average 2000.Rs. before changing meter the last month bill was 1880 Rs (30/8/2020). i have a only xerox machine in my shop it always consume low electircity. there is no business for last 2months because of corona issues. but this month (23/10/2020) it comes around 80unit[protected]. on today (17/11/2020) reading comes totally 135 units. for this 37day (10/10/2019-17/11/2020) reading comes around only 135 units. so please conseder the problem fix the problem. and reduce the EB bill.

                            Hello sir,

                            I have received a mail from tneb net on 29th jan 2020.in the mail, some body raised a complaint with my registered service connection number.
                            Actually i am the owner of the house and i am promptly pay all the bills in time. Simultaneously i have checked with tneb login, i am not able get inside with my login id.
                            The system is show "invalid customer" error. I also checked with my connection validity, it is showing with "live" status.

                            Could any one help me to get clarity with the following questions...

                            1) i am the legal owner for the service connection # [protected] (Balaji anadha padmanabhan), other than me, no other person raise complaint against my service connection.
                            Then why i am getting this mail...?

                            2) my login id and password is correct. Since the system is not accepting my credentials and it is showing invalid customer number. If my service connection is active status,
                            Then why the system showing as invalid customer number...?

                            If you are giving explanation for my queries, it would be a great help to me to get clarified with my issues.

                              Dear authority,

                              Our meter has been broken by the meter reader person, due to her misoperation and she declared a higher value of the year for the current period. But the previous bill was rs.860 only. We are very normal user during winter and the summer it can be little high.
                              When we request the concern officer and the staff, they have been rudely sayin that the levied amount to be paid or otherwise we have to drop the services of tneb.
                              Im unable to understand the rules they are stating. Also the meter fixed by the tneb and its faults are not by the customer. The same type of problem happens to few of customer in the same area and the meter reading taking staff making such problem repeatedly.
                              I request you to look into this matter and let us say the correct charges to pay it.
                              Ordering to pay the highest charges is not at all a logic. I hope you might understand the issue and do the needful for your customer. Also it should not repeat in future too.

                                We have applied for temporary eb connection for construction in our plot no 79 vgn mayfield eden park street a month back yet service not provided... Esclated the issue to the higher authorities in west tambaram eb office.
                                Still things are happening...
                                We are facing huge loss due to lack of current supply... Our workers suffers without light and water..

                                On humanatarian ground please issue the supply immediately

                                    Neutral wire and one phase is not working for more than 2 months. Despite of several phone calls, and personal visit to the electricity board office power has not been restored. Eb lineman is not responsive at all, with promises to come, but does not turn up to attend and giving some lame excuses. I kindly request to take some severe action regarding this problem.
