Sir,
Before few a line man came and corrected the connection of my house from the electricity pole but yesterday he came to correct the line of school near to my house and again he disconnected my house line from the electricity pole. Their is no electricity in my house from yesterday and my children are studying in college and their exams are near and they are not able to study. Please sir solve this problem as soon as possible. I have call him lots of time but he is not coming.
The name of the line man is lakshman. His ph. No. [protected].

Overhead service wire is touch to my house buildings.also it was in danger position. Pls consider above issue. Already two times complaint to substation. And also explain status of my above concerned issues..
We are staying in Vanila apartments in Kazhipattur near Padur. We are facing power cut issues everyday especially during night time. People with small kids are suffering a lot. For school and office goers it will be difficult to stay all-night without sleeping in between mosquitoes.

    In my house located in erode district, kavindapadi eb office. Last three days no power supply in my house. If called to lineman means there is no propper answer to us. He giving silly talk. Till 4 days over we are in dark house only. My supply number is[protected]. Please do some action against that eb man. Small children also in my home. They cant sleep last 3 days without electricity

      Till my last bill which was generated and paid in july 2019, i was able to pay it online. But now when i opening the site using my user id & password there is no details are records found in the site. I cannot even see my bill payment history in my online account. But, only i can view the payment receipt.

      Due to this i am not able to pay my eb bill online. Hence, rectify the problem and activate my service no.[protected].

      My details are as follows:

      Kindly activate my service number on tneb online site so that i can pay my bills on time.

        invalid consumer number

        Hi,

        Till my last bill which was generated and paid in july 2019, i was able to pay it online. But now tneb site says that my consumer number is invalid. My consumer number is [protected].

        I cannot even see my bill payment history in my online account.

        Please activate my service number on tneb online site so that i can pay my bills on time....

        Why we need to pay that extra amount Rs.3727?
        We've raised complaint already regarding meter not working to TNEB by June - 2019.
        To online and Kodaikanala EB office directly by written.
        But there is no action taken still against that.
        Now they've charged this extra amount apart from our bill amount.
        Please make sure the bill amount to be paid was Rs.5778.
        We've only 10 days left to pay the bill amount.
        Kindly do the needful to change the meter also.

          Respected sir, i am residing at no.4/131, east st, kilakarai, ramanathapuram (Dist), please note that, the recently erected high voltage electric cable line passing our home (Near fathima estate) is dangerously very closed to our home and easily touchable by children from our balcony and window, we are always fearing and locked those windows and doors to preventing for access by children. Even the cables not covered by any protected insulation to avoid risk, we are very much worried about our safety due to this. We can not able do the house maintenance work due to high risk of touching the wire passed high voltage. As a consumer, i sincerely request tneb authority to take immediate steps to straighten the high voltage power line dangerously touching our home and request you to cover the wire with insulation as per safety and standard to the regulation.               This is the complaint regarding the bill for meter service no[protected]
              In oct 2017, net meter was installed on this service. Over 6 billing periods, the readings were taken and it considered the net metering. For the last 4 readings, they are not listening when we say that it is a solar net meter. We are paying more than rs 5000 every month and every time i request that the reading be verified, it is ignored. How can i get this sorted out?

                With due respect i am tax payer citizen of india. I want to know why there are more power in kottakuppam area especially in night time. I had seen so many times that there is no rain or wind and still there is power cuts. I think there is fishy in this issue. I am not sure about the allegations which i making. If there is any other reason rather than that please let me know.

                    This is to bring to your notice that we were mandated to pay the eb bill corresponding to the reading of 650 units for the month of aug 2019. On checking the number o[censored]nits dated 19-sep-2019 it shows only 421 units. I have raised a complaint about the same through tneb website. But there is no response till now and we have paid a sum of 4000 rps. Request you to check on how the mismatch has occurred and please action on our repayment process. Please find the attached images for your reference.

                      I called the tneb ho-office where as located at moganur road, namakkal through over phone for several times but they aren't picking the every phone calls for all time. They aren't responding the consumer queries for an emergency time. Kindly look into this and take action on priority.
                      I'm complaining about this on behalf of more than 70 families in our area.

                          Dear sir or madam from last 2 days i am facing voltage dropping, low voltage problem. I can't use any electronic appliances kindly request to refer my problem and take some action
                          The voltage is 140 v instead of 230 v. Lights and fan flicker all night which is a nuisance. I have called the kumarpuram eb office but no response, they told they will send an employee to attend the complaint after lunch. But, lunch is not over yet. I have also complained in person. Why is this delay to attend the customer services? Kindly do the needful.

                              Sir we are living in thiruverkadu kamadhenu nagar... Today (17/09/2019) our ae tneb came and told to dig underground near our home for private apartment power supply...1year before govt lay a cement road for our area at now they dig the cement road and destroy the facility of our area to put power supply to private apartment... We ask to see the municipality order to dig the cement road... But our ae not provided the documents... Recently ground cable wire kill one person in chennai due to tneb misfailure...

                              Tneb will destroy the cement road provided by avadi municipality...
                              They will not response to provide documents to the people... We want to know rti...
                              This ground cable facility made for private apartments...
                              We know only the project is approved by thiruverkadu municipality or not???
                              Please avoid human loss before project start...

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I like to inform that the power supply to my house has been affected for the last 3 days since the 14th september till now. This was caused by a big vehicle which hit against the electrical cables and the supporting metal wires has broken causing the power supply to be disrupted. I hope you can arrange to look into this problem with immediate effect and restore the power supply early.

                                This individual house is located in choolaimedu near IOB bank back side. In the current box one fuse is fully dead and the wire was fully fired and came out. We cant able to switch on lights, fan, TV, etc. So please do the needful service.

                                    Sir, i am radhakrushnan, residing at mathura homes, nungambakkam, thiruvallur 602002. I paid an advance payment of 3000 for my june month bill on 29th june. They entered it on my eb card. I only consumed 540 unit for july-august period but now they are calculating 4 months reading and telling me that i have consumed more than 1000 units and the slab changed, so i have to pay 6 rs per unit. Do not know why they are taking 4 months reading. Also the person told me that they did not update the june month bill on their system. Is that my mistake? I am loosing nearly 2000 rs because it. Raised a complaint in tneb site, but no response from them as of yet.
