Hi,
This is to bring to your notice that we were mandated to pay the eb bill corresponding to the reading of 650 units for the month of aug 2019. On checking the number o[censored]nits dated 19-sep-2019 it shows only 421 units. I have raised a complaint about the same through tneb website. But there is no response till now and we have paid a sum of 4000 rps. Request you to check on how the mismatch has occurred and please action on our repayment process. Please find the attached images for your reference.

    I called the tneb ho-office where as located at moganur road, namakkal through over phone for several times but they aren't picking the every phone calls for all time. They aren't responding the consumer queries for an emergency time. Kindly look into this and take action on priority.
    I'm complaining about this on behalf of more than 70 families in our area.

      I have complained multiple times but no one has come to fix the problem we are not having electricty since the last 36 hours we have old age people at home who are not able to walk properly and since there is no lift they are not able to go out of the house since the last 36 hours please take this as top priority to help us clear the sitation

        Dear sir or madam from last 2 days i am facing voltage dropping, low voltage problem. I can't use any electronic appliances kindly request to refer my problem and take some action
        The voltage is 140 v instead of 230 v. Lights and fan flicker all night which is a nuisance. I have called the kumarpuram eb office but no response, they told they will send an employee to attend the complaint after lunch. But, lunch is not over yet. I have also complained in person. Why is this delay to attend the customer services? Kindly do the needful.

            Sir we are living in thiruverkadu kamadhenu nagar... Today (17/09/2019) our ae tneb came and told to dig underground near our home for private apartment power supply...1year before govt lay a cement road for our area at now they dig the cement road and destroy the facility of our area to put power supply to private apartment... We ask to see the municipality order to dig the cement road... But our ae not provided the documents... Recently ground cable wire kill one person in chennai due to tneb misfailure...

            Tneb will destroy the cement road provided by avadi municipality...
            They will not response to provide documents to the people... We want to know rti...
            This ground cable facility made for private apartments...
            We know only the project is approved by thiruverkadu municipality or not???
            Please avoid human loss before project start...

              Dear sir/madam,

              I like to inform that the power supply to my house has been affected for the last 3 days since the 14th september till now. This was caused by a big vehicle which hit against the electrical cables and the supporting metal wires has broken causing the power supply to be disrupted. I hope you can arrange to look into this problem with immediate effect and restore the power supply early.

              Kindly accept my complaint and appreciate your earliest respond.

              Resolve my problem
              This individual house is located in choolaimedu near IOB bank back side. In the current box one fuse is fully dead and the wire was fully fired and came out. We cant able to switch on lights, fan, TV, etc. So please do the needful service.

                We are resident in Ammanpuram near Tiruchendur in Tuticorin district, here not supply EB frequently due to not correct reason.Mainly that issue raising from night to morning therefore we have Lot of suffered plus suffocating from not supply EB.                   Sir, i am radhakrushnan, residing at mathura homes, nungambakkam, thiruvallur 602002. I paid an advance payment of 3000 for my june month bill on 29th june. They entered it on my eb card. I only consumed 540 unit for july-august period but now they are calculating 4 months reading and telling me that i have consumed more than 1000 units and the slab changed, so i have to pay 6 rs per unit. Do not know why they are taking 4 months reading. Also the person told me that they did not update the june month bill on their system. Is that my mistake? I am loosing nearly 2000 rs because it. Raised a complaint in tneb site, but no response from them as of yet.

                      tneb online - invalid consumer number

                      Till my last bill which was generated and paid in july 2019, i was able to pay it online. But now tneb site says that my consumer number is invalid. My consumer number is[protected].

                      I cannot even see my bill payment history in my online account.

                      Please activate my service number on tneb online site so that i can pay my bills on time.

                      My tneb service # [protected] (Sholinganallur) excess reading by 700 unit cost ₹3100 - on 9/8/2019. My door is always locked till january 2019 due to my wife death on 24/10/2018. (மீட்டர் காட்ட வாய்ப்பு இல்லை) am leaving in my native near karaikudi.நான் எப்பவும் advance rental கட்டிவைப்பது வழக்கம் அதில் இந்த ₹3100 தவறாக கழித்துவிட்டனர் அதை திரும்ப அதே இடமான advance rental a/c திருப்பிக் கொடுக்கும் படி வேண்டிக் கிறேன்.

                        Sir we (Panneer dhas) are from kalkulam taluk, kothanallure village (Chemparuthi vilai) there were one transformer (240kva may so) it was damaged two month before, the eb sub station molachel (Thuckalay) they are came and take that faulty transformer and inter link to other line.in that lasts tow month home line affected by low voltage, electrical flexvation and so many electrical appliances are damaged. They are not replaced new transformer so all the people's are suffered. So do kindfull

Now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment. If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

                                Village i am doing agriculture in my land my native place transformer will install in 1968 that's are above 60 years ago that's surrounding areas have many agriculture land this transformer is only one for that are all
                                To power supply that's transformer eb wires are installing ways like someprivate land mango and coconut trees on the eb line way so please change the eb wire line and ways out from the under that's all trees gardens
                                Some time the rainy season and climate change and slow wind that s eb wire line are cut and fell in the land some time people or senior citizen are going that way they will get electrical shocked and some pet's animals also so please take immediate response action sir

                                  I dont know the reason y the eb has stoped a electricty for five hrs... Due rain means the rain as stoped before 2 hrs then y should the eb has to stop the electricity for five hrs...in between one division has got power before 4 hrs buy we dont get it still... Power cut timing[protected]/23.00 to[protected]/03.00 still also we didnt get power... Please do the need full.

                                      Complaining from balaji nagar fourth street, royapettah. There has been low voltage since 2 am. This is a regular occurrence. Third time this month. And they wouldn't be able to fix it for another 3 hours apparently. We don't even have water at the moment. Please let us know why this happens so often and why there is no permanent solution to this. Why does it take so long to fix it? Isn't this utter inefficiency?
