    Sir i am in uttramerur taluka menallur
    Village i am doing agriculture in my land my native place transformer will install in 1968 that's are above 60 years ago that's surrounding areas have many agriculture land this transformer is only one for that are all
    To power supply that's transformer eb wires are installing ways like someprivate land mango and coconut trees on the eb line way so please change the eb wire line and ways out from the under that's all trees gardens
    Some time the rainy season and climate change and slow wind that s eb wire line are cut and fell in the land some time people or senior citizen are going that way they will get electrical shocked and some pet's animals also so please take immediate response action sir

      I dont know the reason y the eb has stoped a electricty for five hrs... Due rain means the rain as stoped before 2 hrs then y should the eb has to stop the electricity for five hrs...in between one division has got power before 4 hrs buy we dont get it still... Power cut timing[protected]/23.00 to[protected]/03.00 still also we didnt get power... Please do the need full.

        I am balaji from komarapalayam 638183 have built 2 new powerloom factory and power loom machineries have been installed and requested 2 3hp connections it's almost 2 months passed now but no connection has been provided facing ideal loss due to no electricity please help me by providing electricity connection and help me start my factory to run minimum
        No good response have been given to my request the concern department doesn't care about my request

          Complaining from balaji nagar fourth street, royapettah. There has been low voltage since 2 am. This is a regular occurrence. Third time this month. And they wouldn't be able to fix it for another 3 hours apparently. We don't even have water at the moment. Please let us know why this happens so often and why there is no permanent solution to this. Why does it take so long to fix it? Isn't this utter inefficiency?

            Dear sir, i’m a owner and out of country for last few months due to work purposes and we have tenants out there in my house.

            My service number listed below says invalid in the tneb online portal and was able to view till last month.

            Chennai - this is chennai south zone

            This is my own house. Please activate my service to view my details through online portal and ensure my eb connections are active. If you cannot help me then, pls provide contact numbers and email id of people who can help. There is no response from anyone i emailed.

            Hello Sir,

            Please don't close the ticket as resolved. I'm the owner of the house and i'm unable to login using my password and username. Look like the tenant who was staying earlier has deactivated it. That tenant is not living any more there at my house. Please help to fix my issue asap. Otherwise i would not be able to pay the electricity charges.
            No supply in our home because of loose contact in line so please rectify the above sir Eb service no 461 in ingur village 14/80east street ingur
            Dear Sir/madam, am Soundar, we are living in Viswasnagar near old palpannai, Trichy. Everyday we are facing the power disconnect issues. Further we complain the service centre but he is not responding to our complains. Please take action immidietly. Thank you so much

              Hi sir. I'm a resident of erode but i work elsewhere. I came to visit my parents here for a week. But there has been per cut for 3 days and now even at night there is no electricity. There is no prior information as well. Kindly look into this and resolve it as my parents will face a lot of difficulty and i'll not be here to help them out. This is a request, hence please assist us.

                Hi, there was frequent and huge power cut at Mugalivakkam (Sabari Nagar). Tried to call TNEB of the area in order to check and share our grievance but the number was switched off. It is unfair that we couldn't able to reach out and check the reason for power cut with them. Very pathetic TNEB service and the government.

                Plant trees where no eb lines, planting tree to eb lines it is danger on rainy seasons of shortage of wire cut and fall on near by humans such cases are there and even trees on rainy seasons conduct power on times .

Hence I humbly nrequest you to find that fraudant connection at an early. The person also occupying the poramboke Land nearby the Dharge is located in Lake Poramboke and using the EB Connection in an fraudulent way.                         The mm nagar tneb centre has had a problem with their servers on 6th september 2019. They refused to take our payment in the firm of a demand draft. When we came the next day on 7th september, they asked us to get another dd because 6th was the last day for payment. The official abused us saying "otha" and asked us to either get a new dd in a very impolite and rude manner. The mistake wasn't ours that their servers were down. Why should we be paying late fees and excess charges for dd when their servers were down?

                          I am thulasi and i am residing in eb no. [protected]. Last month, i have received cc arrears of 10804. A late fee of rs 75 was also charged (In the month of july). I asked reason for behind the charges from july month. Ae gave no proper explanation was offered for the arrears amount till now. Kindly explain the charge or do the needful and revert the amount as advance for future consumption charges.

                            We are staying in madhavaram seethapathy15th street.in our street there is frequent power cuts happening for particular four house including my house. We have called and made our complaints to nearby eb office multiple time but repeatedly we are facing the same problem due to which our day to day activities are getting troubled. Rest of the street and area is having power supply except these four houses. Daily power cut is happening for about 20-30 times and there is no proper action from the electricity board side. Hence i request you to please take corrective action on the same.

                                Sirs, i have paid rs 31925 towards my august 2019 bill on 05.09.2019 via cub online netbanking. Amount deducted from my cub a/c on 05.09.19 itself. E-receipt from tneb is not yet received / generated. Amount paid also not returned to my cub a/c till date as per the authorized cub authorities. Kindly take necessary actions pls and do the needful to solve the problem

                                  Hello sir

                                  We have received a bill of rs. 33000.00 with high consumption all sudden! This is from no 45, valluvar nagar, sithalapakkam. Kindly help us to resolve this issue. While my tenant visited the office the office staff misbehaved very badly saying we are cheating! The house was closed from aug 2018 to jan 2019. So there will not be any eb consumption in that period. I am not affordable to pay that much amount without any specific reason or some one's mistake. Kindly help us to resolve the issue.[protected] &[protected].

                                        Previously we had power supply from thiruninravur, where we had huge low voltage problem. Not the supply is changed to gudapakkam village, the voltage is better now but we are facing very frequent power shutdown for the whole night with no reason. Having small kids and being working people it's difficult to manage this situation. Kindly look into it and take necessary action.
