We live in
Shollinganallur area and for the past one month, the voltage has been very low and we were never able to switch on air conditioner. The heat has been so intense and most of the nights we are not able to sleep, i asked the eb people and they say, they cannot help as the incoming voltage itself is low. I do not to whom should we go ask for. This is shame of my people and my country, no compatators for tneb. No choice to change service provider. This is ok not life threatening incident. Think about scams across india filthy politicians. Omg i am not getting sleep.

    While passing through the 8th street in shakti nagar porur, i noticed that a couple of trees have grown tall and are touching the live wires in the left side corner house. On taking up the matter with the old lady living in that house, she expressed her inability to cut the branches as none of the men she tried to engage were ready to do the job as they are apprehensive of a shock. Kindly do the needful immediately:-

      Sir.. I am dr. Premalatha gandhi.. Residing in 169/274.. Kilpauk garden maintenance road.. Kilpauk garden.. Chennai 10..
      After 8 or 9 months of meter impaired.. They installed new meters..2 number for the sc. No÷[protected] &[protected].. Which shows higher values which cannot be acceptable for that resident use of eb.. With the basic electric householdsh like elsewhere..
      So.. I request you to check on to this meter readings.. And the malfunctioning.. Hyperfunctioning of these meters.. Immediately and help me to get rid of this stress..

        Hi,

        Power at my house for the last 4 years has been irregular at best with frequent fluctuations and a couple oddball high surge thrown in. Every now and then my meter readings too are off the charts
        . I've complained to your dept but they feign ignorance. Please can you have a look at our frequent power fluctuations that has pulled our lives apart. I hardly get to sleep and barely any sleep if at all. The issue happens every sunday night and many other nights all other streets have power except our own. Seems a convenient coincidence and nothing i can do. Please have this fixed at your earliest convenience.

          This complaint s regarding non burning of street lights in our area..

          The street lights are also not burning for more than 3weeks now in chitlapakkam main road and sanatorium fly over posing threat to public. Chain snatching and robberies have started happening now. It is posing a threat like situation here.

          Please address this issue as soon as possible.

                In my area eb service no.[protected] thefting electricity supply from poles and specially in night time.. This is a commercial service usage & consumption of electricity is high. But reading online bill amount is very low.. They are using highly consumption of 3 phase borewell for agricultural farms / chick farms.. Kindly pls take legal action to stop thefting..

                  Please find the attached snap file of my rental hose EB bill history

                  Could you please review this issue and get the feedback

                  We are paying the bill normally 590Rs. but last two bill getting very high

                  Could you please revisit the EB bill status

                  We went the guduvanchery EB office and complaint about this but we didn't get the proper solution

                  We suspect with EB reading officer because our all row house getting same issue (EB reading didn't write on the EB card but we are in the house)

                  One of my relation house EB bill high (he is not available on the house around 2months )

                    I received electricity bill for 4354rs for the month 20/05/2019 to 23/07/2018 of which all time very high amount. Kindly note that i have been continuing to use electricity in usual way for all the months and here there is no point of sudden abnormal increase in the consumption of electricity in the month 23/07/2019. I raised a complaint against this issue, but no responds from ae side. Still now he could not visited my home to check whats problem going on.

                    I have provided document for Tariff change one 30/05/19. for my new house.
                    foreman checked the reading on 13/06/19. but he is not mention in that Application. Again inform EB Office tariff not changed. then took reading on 25/06/19. Tariff changed on 19/7/19. now consumed unit 230. reading amt Rs.4456.

                      We have power cut in unwanted mistake of three phase not coming and the eb wireman in batlagundu service alagu is not making proper distribution in line and i told to them many time still the same problem of line with loose connection is followed the line with power cut is often persist without any knowledge by simple means of loose contact they are being irresponsible to answer me in power cuts for following this two month there in we can't use current in these two month because of this current failure of this wireman alagu is not making a proper distribution of line in my connection so do a needed favour to make this connection without problematic

                          Please be informed that, my eb card no.[protected] been over charge past two billing circle, i have made a verbal complaint to our line man to look after the meter issue if anything is there but no response and again this time i been charged inr 4024.00 for small family (Wife & 2 kids) whereas in same building other tenants got charge below inr 1000 for all.
                          Kindly do the needful to take necessary action against the complaint and resolve the issue as soon as please. I cant afford this much of amount every billing circle.

                            Power cuts in the recent month. Because of all this, very tragic effects can be noticed on the health, mental stability and study habits in our children. every family member in the family is facing problem. Aged are unable to get the rest and relaxation they require. It is difficult to bath without geyser in such a cold water. Kitchen work and other chores of our mothers are getting disrupted as well. The conditions are undescribable. i thank you in anticipation and expect the condition to improve soon in near future. so i would like you to write an article in one of your esteemed columns regarding this topic. Through the columns of your esteemed daily, i want to draw the attention of the respective authorities to the frequent breakdown of electricity in my street.

                              Respected sir/madam,

                              Iam muthukumar from pollachi, coimbatore. I have agricultural land in pongaliyur which comes under angalakuruchi village of anamalai block, coimbatore. I have applied for free electricity connection under 2.75 lakhs tatkal scheme on 26.7.2018 at angalakuruchi eb office. But still now i have not got the connection. Please look into the problem and solve it.

                                    This is ganesh from navallur chennai. Im using your service in [protected], for the last month i got the bill amount of rs 3892 for 820 units consumed. With starting and ending meter reading of 2080 & 2900 kwh. But if i check the reading in meter now[protected].49pm) it shows around 2480.6 kwh.

                                    Show it shows i have not consumed 820 units and i have consumed less than 400 units

                                    Pls give solution...
