I have given complaints so many times in last five months but no result

You send an sms at 2:01 am saying

Power supply in your area will be interrupted on[protected] from 01:59 to 02:59 due to feeder failure. Inconvenience regretted. Govt. Of tamil nadu

Then at 3:31 am

Power supply in your area will be interrupted on[protected] from 03:27 to 05:27 due to feeder failure. Inconvenience regretted. Govt. Of tamil nadu

However neither the power returned at 5:27 am and neither any other sms.

Now it's 7:49 am.

Either inform correctly or dont. Don't do things half-baked. It's more painful.

When will the power come? No water, no sufficient rain, hot weather and now no power. Chennai is going from bad to worse.

Today 30jul19 @ 1:30 am the power supply got cut at velachery and till now (5am) not yet restored. Tried various number of tneb to compliant but either number is busy or not reachable. Children's, older people and patience are really suffering and no response from eb department. Ae number also not reachable. When an bill is not paid on time late fee and service charge is being collected, similarly, when they are not able to resume the service with in a hours time, compensation to be provided. Also sms service to be activated regarding the issue to the people to make them aware of the issue and tentative time of power supply resume.

I am trying to pay eb bill through online payment with a rupay card. But there is no options for payment through rupay card. Also banks are issuing only rupay card to account holders throughout india. At this point it is very important that you update your server at the earliest as you are govt. Entity. Since many people depend on online payment and the rupay cards are being issued through out india, it would be highly appreciated if you act fast regarding this. Even if customers are ready to pay, they are unable to pay due to this technical glitch. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Sella but its supposed to be s. Chella. Hi, this is balaraman from balamurugan nagar, alapakkam, porur, which was in the control of tneb porur garden office, yesterday around power supply was stopped at 10.30pm (28/07/19) and today 12.30am (29/07/2019) i have logged an complaint with your 1912 contact no and my complaint ref no is 59 dt:29/07/2019, and also called with some of the number who is working with your organisation [protected], 1st of all he is not responding properly in the same mobile call he is rasing a question against me that, 1. Why you are calling me in this time, 2. What are you doing at the time of power shut down (10.30pm). And suddenly cutter the call, again i have tried slots of time he didn't taking the call. I am really disappointed and got irritated at the time speaking with him. I am paying my hard earned money to you eb for using your services, if i cannot able to get the proper service from your end i have a rights to ask the reason for the power shut down, and you are the answerable, and it's your duty to response to me, that's why your organisation is paying salary to them from our hard earnings. This is seriously undigestable and not acceptable. I am very very disappointed on your people mr. Xxxxx (Cell no:[protected]) at the way of handling me.

This message was sending/sharing in the hope of your organisation to take at least any enquiry for this incident. If really you have any response on the public, at least enquiry him.

This is to report frequent powercuts at my residence, i am ok with random powercuts, but i am not ok when the power cuts happen at nights, it's hard to explain how i struggle with my kids who has trouble in sleeping because of these power cuts at midnight's and the worst fact is the power is not returned in 1 hour or shorter time, it takes 4 to 5 hours, and it's happening daily, not to mention even in day the power cut is permanent, why i had to live this life like this even paying taxes properly,

I am manikandan, residing at no. 83a nethaji nagar 4th street, tondiarpet, chennai 81. The above address is residing place and current supply is not working properly, suddenly the current has gone and we call it to local eb office with the number [protected] and they would come and screw the line and working, but everyday they are doing the same thing instead the wants to come for a conclusion or permanent solution, i have deeply aggrieved by the acts of the local eb office and they doesn’t care about the consumer values and importance of current useable. Therefore this complaint may take as a severe caution to those employees and line manager including ae for the negligence of service and responsibility

On connection no.[protected] in corporation school road, valluvar kottam, (Transformer in our own flats), there is violent voltage fluctuation in every evenings & during every night for the past 15+ days. I even informed our a. E. Mahslingapuram mr. Marimuthu ([protected]) about 10 days ago. He promised of immediate action but no action has been taken. We are worried that this violent voltage fluctuation would damage our equipment|s.

My neighbour mr. R. Veerasamy, s/o. Has encroached my residential plot as said above, using the place as welding workshop. He has drilled deep into the ground to pumpout the ground water he is misusing the 3 phase electricity connection given by tangedco.
May i request you, sir, to kindly intervene into this, enquire, and remove the electricity connection do the needful and oblige.

This is suresh from 3/10, pasumarthy street, 1st lane, rangarajapuram, kodambakkam. I have 3-phase connection. The 2nd phase is offline from 1pm today. This phase is currently to run water motor. Please bring the 2nd phase online asap.

Tneb sc no.[protected], section office ae/etr/ooty, distribution - dasaprakash. This complaint is regarding frequent power disconnection, as the wire in the post gets disconnected during heavy rain and winds. Power gets disconnected only for our residence, and landline calls are not attended to, with most of the time the receiver is kept down, giving an engaged tone. The lineman mobile number also does not work, and there is nowhere you can raise a complaint. Visited the office, and there is no staff at the complaint desk. Request higher authorities to intervene and solve the power problem.

We reside in guduvanchery vaikuntam apartments, power cut here is ridiculous. Every day, we face at least an hour of power cut for no reason. When we call the eb office, an old man picks up and does not answer with respect, he says it will come and hangs up the phone or tells us that line fault, it will come. It has been like this for six months l....

There is an electricity shutdown in mkb nagar, 1st main road from the past 40 minutes... What is the exact issue? When will it resume? The phone number of the local eb station is not functioning. It says that it is out of order. The main eb office says that they have. No update... How do we know about the issue and when can we expect the electricity to resume?

Hi i am complaining that they are not coming to note reading and if we go to eb office they keep on billing minimum reading or charging as they wish. I have reported many times about this in eb office to come and note reading in meter, they are not doing it repeatedly. I came to know that tneb would charge me more in coming month if this issue goes on they would fine me. So i am raising complaint so that they would note reading every two months and solve the problem.

Possibly due to rains, power was disconnected due to some issues in dhandeeswaram nagar, bharathi street in some houses, plot#10 onwards on 25th july 2019. Eb representative hadn't attended to the issue, the complaint phone number was attended only once at 7pm, when the lady who picked from velachery eb office said "wait. It'll come" and kept the phone without hearing out fully. Subsequent tries to call were not answered and busy the whole time. It's rude and irresponsible behaviour. Take necessary action. At the time of writing this, power is still not restored. It's been more than 10 hours since the disruption.

No current since 2 days in choolaimedu bajanai kovil street anandha apartments.. We called but no proper response from office and also ae... We are suffering here with a 4month baby... We have made atleast 100 calls to power house eb office.. They mostly dint attend.. They attended a few times and told they will send a person... But no one has come yet.. It's too frustrating.. Pls take immediate action..

Our electricity board service connection no is[protected], (Suriya's pr apartment bharathiar road, ganapathy, coimbatore, tamilnadu).in eb payment receipt cum intimation notice our names mentioned wrongly as "meyyammal" and "palanippan" - it should be "meyyammai" and "palaniappan", this seems to be typographical error, hence request to correct our names in your records and send us details

Im complaing from mannivakkam. I have a put cut issue which happened only in my house. I have completed to vandalur ae, line men and many people no one has given proper response. They were like now no one is available you have to wait for 16 hours minimum.

Such people are to be sued and taken out of the service departments which they are in. They are asking me to stay without power because they are irresponsible to come and correct the issue.

My name is srinivasan and living in varatharajapet which located in kodambakkam land mark is women meenachi college back side.

Where there is eb box which fully damaged and very dangerous condition being there, now rainy session if some one has touched by mistakenly they must died because of this eb box condition.

Even we have complained at trustpuram eb office with many times but no one come and do the necessary action.
