Since from a week, i am not able to sleep properly because of everyday power cut (Specially at night). After working whole day, everyone needs rest in night and it is difficult to sleep without power. Because of not proper sleep from a week, it is affecting my health badly.

From past 2 weeks almost everyday night power cut happens & comes back at early morning.

I can understand that fault can occur anytime. Looking at the current scenario, i feel common fault is happening. Its humble request to find the root cause and fix it permanently as soon as possible.

    Daily there is powercut for more than 10 hours. It keeps happening at regular intervals and difficult to cope with. Please could someone look into this asap. It's been happening daily from past 1-2 weeks. If there was a maintenance happening, it should have gotten fixed with couple of days time. However, this keeps happening exactly around 12.30 am and power comes around early morning 6am. Again goes off by 10am till evening.

      Dear sir,
      Today our neighbour had faced some power related issue.
      Due to that issue they called eb technicians to clear it, they cleared the issue in the same day and it's appreaciable too.
      But the problem is that they cut some tree's branches to clear the issue. Due to that they cut our landline connection and our internet facility is also blocked. Accidently it happens but while we ask them they didnt gave any proper reply and also they misbehave to us. They told that "that's not their issue, you may take care of yourself" and its hurts me a lot.

          Dear Sir,

          My Customer number is [protected], till date i have been paying all my bills on-time and there is no delay or penalty amount paid

          I was surprised and shocked in seeing the Average Shortfall amount of RS 3020 for the July 2019 bill amount Rs 3463. I'm not sure why i'm getting this Average Shortfall amount and i would request you to review this before my billing period which is on 26th of this month (26th July)

          In my street electric post located inside my compound wall..the electric wire touching my building the sparks are spreading earth comeing from building..From this TV and RADIO are damaged..So change the electric post outside of my compound wall..

            This is t. Subburaj, no-16, anna nagar, sattanathapuram, sirkali taluk and nagapattinam distr.
            This complaint is to change the eb post near my village (Keezha vezhakaadu) which may fall in any situation and looking to be at the worst condition. Already more than time informed to tneb dept. But govt representative not responded & no taken for action
            I request you to take faster action as fast as possible.in case if it falls and leads to an accident the full responsibility for tamilnadu govt and tneb department due to improper maintenance.

              More than 100 times power supply cuts down in our area, we are registering complaints but there is no proper action taken by eb or the officials. Please take necessary action to resolve this immediately or else we will return all our eb cards/connections. Eb pillar boxes not maintaining properly and the power supply cables are not up to the quality

                I installed solar panel at my home and applied 6 months before for net meter connection with mannargudi still the service not provided, tneb staffs are just ignoring the request and not completing the inspection.                   Based on my complain posted on 3rd july 2019, saying that tneb meter not working, no display. Tneb people came and checked and they were claiming money for replacing the meter. Raised complaint in tangedco on line complaint. The meter got replaced on 7th july 2019 but tangedco is claiming money for the same. I want response for the earliet complaint and not acceptable to pay money for the meter. Please get me clarify and how come consumer responsible for the meter cost. It is not acceptable. They have taken the faulty meter along with them. Not sure whether meter is at fault or not.
                  However i am not convinced to pay for the meter

                    But this amount not credited in eb..

                      In eb meter reading was shown by so mismatch and then i disconnected the meter output still the meter was in running condition so many time i complaint to the eb office by oral but still no one take response on my complaint pls guide me are suggest the eb office to rectify my complaint.

                        East tambaram nammalvar street, first cross from moovar street. The new pole that is replaced recently is in dangerous state that can fall anytime and the wires are hanging low touching vehicles. Complaint made several times to the office and the foreman is arrogant and not ready to attend the problem. Once they came and kept a stone in the base. The pole has to be fixed firmly in the ground which the eb persons are refusing to do. The nearby house is in danger if the wire is cut it will touch the gate which goes fatal.

                          When i tried to make payment through online, it goes till confirm payment but when i tried to give the details of bank it is not opening the page. I am trying for so many times but it does not go. After the due date the penalty amount get debited. From our end we cannot go in person and pay. Everything has been digitalis ed but not able to make the payment online.

                                There are two complaints in the nearby post. They are

                                1. The distribution post erected during 1954-55 has developed carotion. Three photographs has been attached.

                                2. High voltage industrial line too has got problem in the lamp post. Two photographs enclosed. From the base the lamp post is week.

                                Kindly attend.

                                Being in corporation all these can be made as underground facility.

                                  I paid my eb bill through eb bill app, i just download eb bill app from play store, then i made a payment in this app then there is no update about my payment or there is no information about my payment, so again i paid my bill through an official site,. So please make me a refund of rs.3202 to my account as soon as possible, it's my kind request.

                                    Respected sir/madam,

                                    This is to bring to your notice that we have been living in a flat for the past couple of years and 2 houses out of these 8 houses in the flats are not approved. This is built and sold to 1 individual and the other one is taken control by the building owner's relatives. All the other 6 houses which are approved are occupied.

                                    I personally would please the respective departments to take action and stop electricity as it has been procured by illegal means through tneb for many years now.

                                    My eb reading is close to 19 units per day
                                    The unapproved house meter records 5 units a day with 24 hours ac

                                    My average meter consumption and per my meter says 21 units per day even when no one is at home.

                                    The foreman recommended by the ae says that their experience is more and whatever the foreman says is right in terms of connection. They had tried to take a load and confirmed that bill will be so much.

                                    I was also told that i have no right to make a complaint about the neighbours meter. I had told them it is running slow and mine is fast. For which the foreman replied that, they need to get a complaint from the respective house to check if it is running slow.

                                    I was trying to explain to them that even i have 10 acs in my house and none of them is working would you still consider it, for which they say these are the rules.

                                    So inbetween my connection and the meter i suspect that the unapproved house is using my connection, we are trying to find out as to how to go about this, however i request the department to first (1) seize connection or take action on the building owner (2) stop connection

                                    The exceeding bills makes me very sick and also even when we dont use the ac, our eb reading goes to 10 units in the night time.

                                    I request you to do a surprise check as i dont trust the local tneb department in this case. They are ready to do anything for the builder.

                                    Builder has tampered my meter with the help of tneb employee
                                    Builder had an agrrement with the tneb employee to have a meter that doesnt include ac bill
                                    Tneb makes only regular check and confirms that meter is running well and fine.

                                    When my neighbor is out of town my eb meter is very less.

                                    Request the department to take action :

                                      The village of villuperumdurai so many people using with out energy metering.
                                      Cuddalore district, sethiathope near villuperumdurai village, the ex vao somalingam family using the electricity with out energy metering system, he paid only low consumption only but he used more consumption.ac, refrigerator, using non metering circuit.
