I'm nirmal kumar from korattur (Under ambattur (Taluk), tiruvallur (Dist).in my home 1 eb pole was very close to my buildingand the electric wire touching my building its may chance for many accident. Due to avoid the building damage please shift the eb pole to some other place.in my home tv and radio are damaged due to electric earth current.

    Been staying in ponmar malawi street under mambakkam eb office. Even if there is a small drizzle of rain in the evening the eb office will take away the current and give it back on after 14 hours. Human rights violation of not considering us to give the current back or not giving proper answer. The technicians are not supportive and always work in their leisure time we have families in malawi street and each and everyone suffering by irregular and irresponsible and arrogant eb team in mambakkam. Always ponmar malawi street will be the victim in this total mambakkam area.

    This issue is not resolved, even the complainant portal is cheating one. Waste of raising an complaint.

      I am residing at big street triplicane, today i. E., power cut happened around 9.30 pm and i was keep on trying the complaint number to[protected] there were no response from this number, sometimes it rings and sometimes it showed busy. However could not able to reach that telephone number. Very pathetic situation even the customer cannot lodge or tell grievance to the said number. Very poor and worst service tneb triplicane walajah road.

          This is inform in my area there will be frequent power cut is happening even in midnight and when try to inquire with our eb department and there will be no proper response also. Please note in my street (Natesanar street, thiruverkadu), this problem is occurring only half of the street and other half of the street will be always good. Please prioritize and fix it as earliest.

            We are staying in perungudi one bhk flat for 1 year as tenant.in the rental agreement they did not mentioned anything about cc charges specifically.

            We receive normally 200 for two months.

            We got march 2019 cc charges as 3258.

            Question: normally how much did we get for cc charges for average 200 (Two months)

            Question: does tenant/ house owner to pay this amount

              Frequent power cut only for about 8 houses in our street. How come only few houses get interrupted supply? While our neighbors have power supply through out the day. Today ( 12.07.2019) we had power cut from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 4:30 to 6 pm. We pay our electricity bills in a regular fashion. Then why do we get interrupted supply? We are well aware of the power demand but it's unfair to cut the supply only for 8 houses. We hope that the electricity board pays attention to our issue!

                Dear sir,
                In saidapet area, door no:60/62, (House owner name : loganathan) subramanya swamy kovil street, saidapet, doing middle of their house new building construction (Ground +2floors) and using existing domestic eb connection for new building construction purpose without any change over. During our general street visit inspection time we found this and arrange your people to double check to avoid of eb connection misusing in the above said address.

                I have created my account a month back and when i try to login now, its says "bad credentials / account not activate". When i checked for forgot password, it says the "service connection is not live" and service status is shown as "transferred".. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

                  Live electric wire is hanging at dangerously low level between two electric posts at t. Alamarathu thottam in rangasamudram village, madukkarai block, coimbatore districthe electricity sercie no:825151. Written complaints made to the assistant engineer eb three weeks back. Lineman was informed several times. The complait is not attended. Request immediate action as there is high level of risk both to human beings and farm animals.

                    Kindly note i am staying in abroad. I am an nri. I am planning to build new house in coimbatore. So my family tried to apply for temporary 3 phase connection for construction works. But unfortunately i am not able to go directly to eb office they want me to come. I am ready to sign my document from here or else my family member can sign please advise.

                      I am a resident of Nilamangai nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai. I have made several complaints through this forum about frequent powercuts in our area of late. Everyday day in and day out there is unannounced powercut several times a day lasting for hours both in the daytime and night time. When the Govt.says there is no powercut in Tamilnadu, why it is happening in our locality daily. In spite of several complaints no action has been taken till now and it is getting worse. I request the higher authorities in TNEB/TÀNGEDCO to take immediate action on the Adambakkam EB officials and put an end to this menace as it is agonizing.

                        Sir, Iam from thandurai, Vigneshwar nagar, Pattabiram. For several months we are facing low voltage problem. In between i have lost my LED tv and changed the AC stabilizers, due to voltage fluctuations.
                        I have attached the picture of how low the voltage is. We are receiving only 130v where the average should be atleast 180v.
                        Registered lot of complaints in tneb website. But haven't received any response.
                        Kindly resolve the issue, .

                          I had taken a new connection during last week of april (24.04.19), consumer number is[protected] and the eb meter reading was taken at last week of june and the reading was 230 units. It was taken against the consumer number and with the help of meter digital code. At that time the eb card was available with the builder. I didnt get any online billing through the tneb website. So i approached the sevvapet eb office, but they said that reading was only 50 units. I dont know what to do. Till now 430 unit is running. If they didnt enter the actual reading i have to pay the huge amount in the next reading since it will be fall on the higher slab

                            We are ht consumer (S. C.587 krishnagiri circle) our factory located near shoolagiri. Krishnagiri district. Due to power interruption not able to run factory full load. Last month (27/05/19 to 27/06/19) power cut-hours 88.
                            This month 27/06/19 to 8/7/19) power cut 37 hours. For this power interruption huge production loss and not able to run the factory full time.
                            Please kindly short out the problem as soon as possible.

                              This is bring up your notice that there is frequent power cut in taramani... When trying to the helpline no body answers the call, the call gets disconnected after 40 sec. Today ther is no power from 11 and trying to contact the helpline nobody picks the call automatically gets disconnected in 30-40 sec... Pls can someone look into this.. It’s shame that this govt is not even able to provide basis need of the people...

                              the mentioned address is my property. In which the Meter display is not working. I have planned to construct a building in the property. Due to display problem i cant able to do the construction work. kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                                The reading of electricity was not taken by the staff. When checked on eb office for the payment of bill, they replied no due. When checked online the response was no bill due for the above stated consumer number. Fifteen days later the eb staff comes to remove the fuse carrier without prior notice stating you have bill due and forcing to pay fine... When the error of this case is on the officers and workers... How can the consumer be blamed? Tamilnadu government as usual it is not for the public service. Hail tneb

                                  Dear sir we are in Putlur, Thiruvallur Dist in our place eb bill reading person is not coming in correct date some months he is not available also. When he comes late the unit is crossing more than 500, so we have to pay the extra amount for crossing 500 units this is not our problem this is eb problem why I have to pay extra amount. This is not for me only in our place everybody is suffering so pls take necessary action as soon as possible. we comes under veppam pattu eb.

                                    This is in regards to tneb nolambur branch in mogappair, chennai. The supply is highly irregular for the past 2 months. Low voltage issue has always been there. Even after numerous complaints to the eb office, the problem remains. Sometimes there is blackout for 6 hours at a stretch at any time. It isn't announced earlier. The excuse is the same everyday about the transformer being repaired.

                                      I am using this service for agriculture purpose but always there was power failure occurring due to very poor maintenance of the lines. Now for the last 4 days no supply of power and i informed to local eb office and concern lineman. Still no action taken to solve the problem. All my plants and treed are dried due to no water. I have coconut, pomegranate, supporta and many other plant all are in dying condition now. Please attend the issue quickly at least to save our remaining plants as early as possible.

                                        I wanted to get my name transferred in the electricity bill for which i went to the rs puram electricity board office. I submitted all the required documents asked. And went thrice to the office and everytime the concerned officer was not found. And then one person in the office told that the officer had asked rs 2000 for completing the fornalities and a, separate fee of rs400. And only if the officer gives the permission he can transfer the name else not. This is a clear corruption. Why m i supposed to pay bribe to such corrupted officers? Govt should take drastic step against such practices and start online applications atleast we consumers can save both our yime and money. Highly disappointing.
