In royapettah balaji nagar 1st street opposite to jaya complix our eb main line wire four core has been punched due to careless laying by the eb ppl and it's fillps or burst whenever rains fall. The main cable is very visible on road. Eb ppl are giving a permanent solution. And more over for asking bribe from each time. I have the guy's name.. Dnt want to mention. He asks even for selicon eb tape also which too bad. Why they are been paid...

We are residing at ayanavaram mettu street, everyday power failure in our area. Once power gone eb office phone always not reachable and we tried no response from them. Today also 26.06.19 5p. M power gone other side houses power have been given at 9 p. M but ours not yet connected till 10.15p. M. As of now we tried no response

I'm writing this letter kallathur from ariyalur district. Our eb office is located in jayankondam. We have faced uninformed power cut frequently if its one or two hours we aren't complaining, now we have faced 12 hours power cut. About this issue we have complained already to ae and some other eb employees.

The employee's told so many reason for power cut, whatever the reason is they should resolve it. Seriously our people...

Always we have the fuse disconnected again and again but the working staffs never come to recover the problems. And never they pick the phone calls of complaints. For urgent purpose i was requested early for temporary service, i was completed that house works and all, that service i no need, i was requested for remove on that service so many month before, that's not done still, i was requested kaveripakkam eb office, each and every activity they requested money for that, if not then that will have pending so many month, they reply having work and all, i was requested to je officer on that eb office...

There is no proper power facility in ambattur cholapuram area. Always power failure and low voltage. People cont live in this area with kids and all. Government just watching all and being simply. If we call to ambattur eb office. No one will pick the call. Lots and lots of flats are presented in this cholapuram area and no transformer are fix to handle the power supply.

Very worst electricity distribution in kanatchi amman nagar, mangadu, near gangai amman kovil stop, due to frequent power cut childrens are suffered a lot, whole night they cut the power supply how can we sleep, low voltage problem also there for that also no response, no proper channel of contact numbers to contact them and also the staffs are not giving proper reply for the queries raised. I live in nilamangai nagar, adambakkam. Many a times i have submitted complaint through this forum regarding unannounced powercuts for hours together daily especially during evening or night (That too only after 10pm) in our area. The voltage of supplied power also is low always. I myself made my payment amount 2242 rs on 24/06/2019 through net banking. Amount got debited from my account but my bill status shows still not paid and receipt dint get generated. Consumer no :[protected].

We are located at Plot#1B Vengathur village, thayar kanakavalli nagar, thiruvallur. we are facing problem with EB meter, per day it looks like Avg of 15 units of electricity has been consuming. I am getting tneb consumption charges payment reminders thru' sms regularly for the service connection no.[protected]
This service connection does not belong to me and i am unnecessarily reminded.
And also the right person will not be getting these reminders.

Our area street lights are working regularly, mostly in off state. On in some days and off in many days. Many times complain launched, but not taking actions. Other areas lights are working regularly in all days. Our area light works for 2 days then 10~15days not working / in off state. Then 2 days on & off, vice versa.
Many misuses happening. Children & teen girls are finding difficult to go outside due to this darkness...

From yesterday onwards no power in my home i call concern eb office but no one will pick the call i already register in lineman follow up register even i call je and aee also they also did not pick up the call please do the need full and inform to take the phone this is not good like this situation no one pick the call if there is any human loss who will responsible?...

We are staying at vijayapuram, tirupur 641606 .jun 22 /06/2019 From 1:00 am to till this 4.45 am there is no power supply...nallur Tneb office phone numbers always out of reach. .Please show some humanity towards public. .People work hard in daytime and they can get back to work only if they get good sleep at night...But you TNEB shows your presence and skills by cutting off power supply during night.Please show humanity. ....

We are living in medakkam for past couple of years ...We found every week getting power cut for midnight during the sleeping hours .

Our family all are childrens and aged people with pregnant ladies are suffering due to improper power shutdown activity...

We would like to request you to avoid the surprise shutdown activity during the midnight....

My village name is vilathur near kachanam. Pincode number 610201. In my village mostly night current should Always shut down. In night current will shut down my village people's are in bad condition. Ladies and school student are also in village. So please avoid night shift current already I will complain u cannot do that action so please accept this complaint and help for my village....
