My EB service number is [protected], for last 3 cycles, i have been charged excess amount as Rs-51, 324 (Jan-19, Mar-19, May-19) and every cycle i have been charged Rs-17108. When i approached Valasarvakam EB office, they replied because of meter faulty reading, this amount has been updated, i have to pay the same. How to correct this wrong entry ?
Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by goldnut Adding to above, TNEB team replaced a new meter in April 2019, but they have updated their system only in May 2019 stating, meter has been replaced. I would request concern authorities to intervene and resolve this issue.
