I am a retired senior executive from cental govt. Presnetly residing at 28,. Ramapadayachi street, agaram, parangipettai, 608502.
The substation at b-mutlur was constructed by tneb in my property without my knowledge and compensation. They have not paid the compensation till date and at no communication from them.

We have sent a letter to the assistant engineer, tamilnadu electricity board maduravoyal in this regard. An eb post which located near the rathna nagar 2nd street, allappakkum, porur, chennai - 600116 is badly damaged in condition and it has been fall any time. It creates accident any time. Kindly take immediate action to replace the damaged post and if possible provide under ground cable before any unforeseen incident happens.

Frequent power cuts in vip nagar, singaperumal koil. We are suffering from full night power cuts during rains. If called to eb, they simply says it got tripped and power will come now, but for the whole night power will not come. This residential area has so many houses with small kids and babies family. Not all are having inverters. Due to mosquito biting we are afraid of dangerous deceases. So please take immediate action and protect us....

We have power cut in our house, since 2days, several times we called our area eb office, they are saying that already sent person for repair, but still no 1 yet come here. The respective staff is not giving proper response to us. Several times we complained about power cut but no response. Always we go on into this problem in our area. They are also not talking any proper action.

There are 13 street lights on green acres road, kamarajar nagar 2nd main road, perungudi, chennai 600096. Of these 13, ten are not glowing for about one month, ie, since rains.
I have spoken to few people on a couple of occasions but nothing has happened so far.
With the road being new and the speed breakers absent, vehicles especially the bikers are racing at high speed jeopardizing the lives of children crossing between divisions.br...

While login madurai region 05-135 - all consumers i have registered were not working properly. Payment mode only working. Bill history, account summary and all other menus were not working for the past 10 months. I don't know the customer care number any where in the tneb online payment website. I tried for the number[protected] several time but there no response from that number. The number was ringing full and nobody answer for the phone...

I am residing at 37a srinivasa nagar, james street backside, poonamallee, ch-56.

There is a lamp post very close to my house, which is in damaged stage. There are many families around and drawing electricity lines from this post.

We our concern (Axis bank ltd) located in sathyamangalam erode district, we have recently come across one bad incident which is happened in eb office sathyamangalam, in our branch electricity reading meter have not worked past one month recently they have installed on 04.11.2017 we know that we are in due of paying monthly bill while we inquire the eb office sathyamangalam we have not get any information regarding...

I usually pay around 1000 to 3000 for my EB bill. But for Oct-Nov 2017 my EB bill is around 8800. Can you please check this and let me know.

When i try to look at account summary or bill history using www.tnebnet.org website, it is showing me the below error.
"services are temporarily not available"

Rajendran my sc number is[protected], near by my home four domestic line is crossing inside my compound wall, since ive decided extend my building so i requested to near by concerned person to shift the line but they refused to shift. Regarding this i have given a written complaint to concerned ae but there is no any response. I request u to make further arrangements to transfer those lines....

Sir, we are from vandalur-mannivakkam - ram nagar 10th street, the employees of eb posted the earth wire inside our home without our permission. We told to not post the earth inside.. So, please take the cable and change the post.. Its our right to keep our home safe. Please take the wire out of the home... They are talking unneccessary to us.. The employees are worst talking... Sir/madam. For past few days all the houses in my apartment getting flash. Today it is getting worse in night.. Please check this out. Everything is getting off for a second and getting back.. Definitely it continues it may cause damage for all electronic devices. We don't know whether it in our boxes or in a main line. Please ask your staffs to check this out...

We were 4 families around here. Yesterday (14/11/17) night their was a spark in our eb line outside to our building and from then power supply is very low and we couldn't even run fan, light. Soon after we seen the spark we complained to eb person to check. Till now (15/11/17) 10.00 am no one responded to our complaint. Please arrange this issue immediately and solve asap.

We have a abandoned push cart from tneb outside our gate
This has become a collection point for all the rain water and breeds mosquitoes. Also this is being used as garbage bin by the people on the road.
Request you to remove the same and discard it in a safe place

We are facing low voltage and frequently power off in metro star city, manikandan nagar, kundrathur 69. When try to call eb office phone is busy or not reached. Here almost 200+ families are residing and many of the homes have kids with 0-5 years old. Kindly help to solve this problem. Please put transformer over here and check all the connections are have sufficient voltage or not.

Most of the nights we are in darkness....
