    Dear sir, I have purchased plot no.76, 1 st, Street., Venugopal Nagar, Kattur, Trichy. This is a corner plot with roads on two sides. The road width is 15' feet as per the Layout plan. Since the plot was lying vacant for a longtime the public was using part of the plot as road and the TNEB has erected Electric Post right in the middle of actual road as per the Layout plan. Already the matter was taken up by the Residents Association of Venugopal nagar but no action has been taken so far to shift the post 10 feet towards the storm water drain. As I am planning to construct my house in the plot I request you to kindly arrange for shifting the post at the earliest by about 10 feet towards the drain so that the road is relaid according to the Layout Plan and I can reclaim my portion of the plot.       Meter not working

We have 2 meters and one meter has not been working for the last couple of months.           Dear Madam/Sir, I am a resident of porur in chennai, on 5/9/14, there was a power cut for the entire night in my locality. i work in hyundai motor india, and due to the lack of sleep, my performance was badly affected I was told by local residents that whenever it rains, power will be cut deliberately by TNEB i want to know the reason for this.
          By recent 4 days there is a full night power cut form evening 6:30pm...it is very difficult because of our children exam time and they unable to study in night hours, old people were unable to take rest at night...so please take immediate steps for this inconvenience.

            last three weeks power distribution was not maintaining at bajanaikoil 3rd street, choolaimedu chennai-94. Phone day night, power cut was happened. When we are calling to eb office telephone was not picked up. Phone lines are engaged or unavailable. this was intradused unslleepy nights and mental pressures. Kindly do the necessary action for this issue

              From: J.Kalaivani Muthamizh Nagar, Kodungaiyur, Chennai-600118 Sir/Madam We are suffering due to this powercut.Daily after 10pm the power shuts off.sometimes it may come within 1hr.but most of the times it will come at early morning only.We didn't sleep due to this problem.Our area EB is not taking any action.The Government announced powercut timing is also from 8am to 6pm.Then why should they turn off power after 10pm. Please take some actions.. Otherwise we are planning to highlight the same to (CM) secretary for further action.

                    We have been facing a low voltage and frequent Power cut issue at Gnantha nagar main road, (Sudarson nagar Madambakkam tambaram, South chennai) due to Transformer not functioning properly. For the past 15 days, we have been facing this issue which affecting 100 households .. . We came to know that the problem is due to transformer .                       I have approached Madipakkam AE about my meter reading and amount to be paid. He has not shown any interest, I was unable to meet him I do not know his name also, The complaint was received by a shift in charge, their behavior to customer was very bad. Not even respected the consumer . The meter is faulty, it should be changed. and the bill amount to be paid as per other months. Last month it was 920 units, the amount is Rs 4225. I never paid this much amount before.maximum of 1030 only. I Balamurali.P, my service no is [protected], Ram nagar-south Madipakkam, Chennai-91 (SOUTH). I request you to do the needful to pay normal amount as other months.

                        As per your bill, meter reading taken on 30/5/2014 shows as 2780 is the present reading KWH. Net unit consumed for bill is 1780 units. we have checked our meter on 5/6/2014 today morning @ 8 am shows as 1343 is the present reading KWH. How is it possible? Please verify and correct the bill for further payment.

                        Reading for meter No: 148:38:437 was taken regularly and Payment was made regularly upto 14.05.14. The meter reading as on 14.05.14 was Rs.290 and the average reading every bimonthly is around Rs.300. Meter reading was taken by a lady on 11.07.14, who said that the meter is not working. While I checked through the net the amount for the above meter was BLANK . Department staff came a few days back, fixed a used meter and said we have to pay Rs.2500/- . Now the meter reading for the above number 148:38:437 is shown on the web as Rs.1926/-. The house is used by an elderly couple. Please look into the matter and take necessary action on the meter reading and the person responsible for the mental agony. An early reply will be appreciated.
                        for the consumer No. 458.007.218, abnormal meter reading is found. kindly take steps to rectify the fault meter and return the excess amount paid.

                          We are residing in Shankar nagar, pammal. We are facing acute low voltage problem in our area. Even the fans don't run properly. This is often combined by no power supply in one or more phases. Office goers, elderly people are suffering a lot. Please do the needful.

                          We are working in Sunsine solution private limited, Shankar nagar, pammal. We are facing acute low voltage (150 V to 180 V) problem in R phase in our area. We have to run genset due to 3 phase supply . we have given written complaint on11/11/16, we have given complaint daily through phone also, NO action taken yet . Please do the needful.

                            Hello Sir, I am residing in Selli Amman Kovil Street, Annanagar, Nemilicherry, Thiruninravur - 602024 Last One Year there is serious low voltage in our locality. All the electric equipments are getting damaged and during night, even fan could not run due to very low voltage supply. Few years before, there were very less houses and so there was no issue with regard to electricity, but now there are houses built and hence more consumption at the locality. Also the reason could be there is no transformer at our locality. People not willing to come with me, becos they afraid if we raise a complaint to Thiruninravur TNEB department will punish the people through power cut like that. Request you to kindly look into this issue and fix a transformer (or) change our Electricity Line from Thiruninravur TNEB to AVADI TNEB, so that we can have appropriate supply of electricity.                             Sir, I am residing in the 5th Main Road of Ram Nagar South, Madipakkam. We have low voltage problem especially at night but also during day time nowadays. The voltage drops to 130 V in all three phases. Due to this problem, my electrical appliances are in danger. Please rectify the problem.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I am residing at 3/23, Muthunagar, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore-641034. EB Number : 128/001/.423, EB office : Thudiyalur.. For the above number, EB office replaced the digital meter on this year January 2014. After that we are receiving the very less reading on bi month basis. Earlier we were received around 300 units per bi month but after installation of new meter we are receiving near by 40 units only. We already told to local EB office. Kindly correct the digital meter equipment to avoid the future ambiguity. It is very difficult to pay a huge amount if it requires in future Regards. B.Kumarapandiyan +91-[protected]

                                  i regret to inform you (my consumer no [protected]) that, on 2.6.14 one mr karaunun, wire man telephoned from from no[protected], that i did not pay electricity bill of may dt 28.5.2014.since i am a govt/public servent GOVT OF INDIA, i was very busy discharge my duty, when mr karaunun a wire man of eb, telephoned, i could what was he calling me, i asked what is the matter, i asked him because, as a residence of 26 2 nd cross senthil nagar, ch 99.some road works is going on in our area, i thought is there any problem in our road eb wire/cable, i asked him what is the matter.but he spoke to me very harshly, why did you pay the eb bill, i thought a wire man asking such word hurt me, generally only the head like 'AE, JE will talk to us.so after coming home, i telephoned to same no of tneb, baba nagar, villivakkam. i enquired that one mr karunun telephoned regarding payment of bill, one mt johny, field men, ( i do not know there disignation they only told me) shouting over phone, why did not pay the bill, and threatened me that he will come take over the fuse carriers from my cut the power in house .he also told me immediatly he will switch of the power the time was around 7.00 pm . i told him i will take this matter to your higher officials, he siad u can go and complaint any one, i am least bothered he said.i like to inform that sir, i am prompt of all my eb payment regularly, every by monthly, i even pay in advance in many times, since it was summar i was not in station, i totally forgot to pay the bill amt .i want to let them know i already paid the of Rs 4823/-on 2.6.14 at 6.46 pm, i even got sms from bank a/c that tneb [protected] of iob walltax road branch a/c no [protected] chennai 79.but i was so wounded in my heart the way mr johnny spoke.hence i request you sir to warn them, here after these things should not happen. i am valuable consumer, experting your answer from you . i did not take this matter to police officals, because you there to answer my problem

                                    I am residing at Mathur M.M.D.A my eb account no is 018.005.437. On my complaint regarding meter struck the department have made a shortfall recovery in my account but wrongly a CC Arrear charges of Rs.400 have been billed twicely one on 26.04.2014 and 30.04.2014 for the same period. When i called the concerned person they did not replied me properly. so please take necessary steps to reverse the double entry in my EB account as shown in WSS Service ..
