I'm Naveen Mohan.
From 2years back my street lamp post stay rod disconnected. We already registered more complaints in our sub office. Nobody still responds. Now rainy days, our area lamp post is stand without any support. peoples are afraid here. please send this information to responsible person, to finish this work as soon as possible. Thank You.           I am karthikeyan from kallakurichi I have applied new commercial Eb connection to kallakurichi eb office I have already submitted plan approval copy and bdo approval vao signed letter rural development approval all the application are submitted to Mr.Navaneethan (AE)
          We are taken DD for connection amount Rs43568 but still they are not accepting our dd
          Pls do the needful we are newly started business still we are using temporary service

              There were power cut . Nonone willing to check the problem even after 14 hours of time I made a complaint through 1912.. section office people were non responsive soni called AE who spoke really bad manner .. he said like do u know who u called to.. I'm AE do not call to me i[censored] hv any problems call section don't call me like that .. is thatbthe way they behave to normal people .. will they do same to any sitting minister or any political people

                Hi I'm yogeshwaran I'm from Virinchipuram, Sedhuvalai. And here is power cut in last day and today and I call EB office Virinchipuram and they can't pick call and not proper response.

                      No supply in two phases in our apartment and currently all house depends on only one phase with heavy load. I have already raised this complaint in the TANGEDCO website on 19th Nov 2021 - Complaint ID - [protected] but no action taken till date. Kindly help on this issue.

                      I have raised the above complain but without resolving the issue the my complain was marked as closed in the TNEB Website. Could you please help on this issue?
                      Is this the right forum to raise the complaint or should i raise the complain in some other forum like CM Helpline.

                                Am a doctor running a evening clinic at pandhanallur, Thiruvidaimarudur TK, Tanjore DT
                                My clinic hours starts by 5 pm and the EB reading taken in day hours .so most of the months we beg the nearby TNEB people to come and take the reading ..or else it comes as door locked .is there anything that government can do to help working class people with this issue 😔

                                  The eb junction box installed about twenty-five years ago is now in the state of falling to ground.level any time as the supporting pillar worn out and thereby leaning to my home. It may be a threat to lives of all as the wires are visible as the closing door of the junction box could not be closed properly due to the leaning position. Moreover even for small rain water stagnates in my home. In the last week rain the box was literally submerged for two days due to heavy water logging.
                                  Please arrange to relocate the said box for the safety of all in the street.

                                      We are facing power fluctuations due to low voltage supply resulting in damage of electronic goods in our house. Inspite of informing EB multiple times no action has been taken.

                                      We request to put up a new transformer to split the incoming load to solve this issue.
