Applied for 3 phase connection online and made payment, but i could not upload my documents on time mentioned by TANGEDCO. since my application is rejected how will i get back my registration fees as i paid through debit card....

Complete connection got disconnected after observing the spark from the post ... Please help us asap...

Our house has a one phase circuit, many times we have a powercut of one phase so we Have to face powercut, when we try to contact the en office no one will answer mostly the powercut happens in midnight and it won't come until someone goes to the office in the morning . So please take emergency steps to stop this ....

Today one person came to our residence to take the reading..as my parents are not at home I was in search of the EB card and told him to wait for 2 minutes. His behaviour was very rude and he didnt wait for me and went out from our home and he also stated that after this day on we will never come to your home if you want anything come and meet EB office.Please do me neatful...

Complaint against my latest electricity bill of July -August 2021 for consumer no.[protected]. Excessively high amount Rs 1826 /- is levied based on erroneous reading 507 units of consumption. Bi-monthly consumption is normally in the range of 480 to 490 units for every reading for the past 2 years. It is requested to correct the erroneous reading of 507 units to 490 units and endorse the correct amount to be paid for the 490 units for August...

The eb box is in danger condition children are playing near to this electricity box. Please take necessary action asap.

There is power cut problem in thazhanur village panchayat arcot ranipet district. Particularly in Gandhi Nagar area power cut problem occurs twice in a weekly mostly at night time. Where more than 100 familes live here and most of them are senior citizens...

Dear sir/ Madam, Im Ramesh me and my family rented house in avadi usually will get eb bill below rs.1000 only but july month we got rs.3042 already we are facing lots of issue pandamic and I'm complaint local EB person they not get action so please take action immediately....

This is Rajkumar from Thiruvanmiyur. The EB bill which is generated for the month of Aug 2021 is really shocking. My EB bill never exceeded Rs.1000, except last year same Aug 2020 month which I paid was Rs.1900/- but this year generated bill amount is Rs.4812/- which is more than double the amount. If you take average of my EB bills from 2019 was - Rs.700/- When I enquired EB office they said all over Tamilnadu has the same tariff/calculation....
