We are facing regular problem of high voltage since several days, have given several complaint but no response, it goes to 270 and our double booster ac gets cutoff. all our appliiaces also fluctuating due to thei high power supply

    We are getting 270 voltage regularly especially in the evening n full night, we are complaining past several days but no action has been taken . we are around 50 flats in our complex and all are experincing regular fluctuations

      Dear sir,

      My shop was closed for nearly 2 years and as I am senior citizen I was unable to maintain the shop and pay the standard current charges. Now the service status shos as disconnected. I have approached the concerned AE for reconnection but was not able to get a proper response. Hense I kindly request you to please look into my case and give approval for reconnection.

        Facing low voltage issue for more than 15days in our street. Most of the time power cut in my area.

                      Applied for 3 phase connection online and made payment, but i could not upload my documents on time mentioned by TANGEDCO. since my application is rejected how will i get back my registration fees as i paid through debit card.

                          Our house has a one phase circuit, many times we have a powercut of one phase so we Have to face powercut, when we try to contact the en office no one will answer mostly the powercut happens in midnight and it won't come until someone goes to the office in the morning . So please take emergency steps to stop this .

                            I, Jones Gnanadoss residing in 11 Cornelius Street, Nazareth.
                            Today one person came to our residence to take the reading..as my parents are not at home I was in search of the EB card and told him to wait for 2 minutes. His behaviour was very rude and he didnt wait for me and went out from our home and he also stated that after this day on we will never come to your home if you want anything come and meet EB office.Please do me neatful and take actions immediately

                                  I try to make name transfer for account number : [protected] i enclosed the document and its shows successful and give acknowledgment no : [protected] as username and register mobile no as password, but when i try to login its continuously shows bad credentials/ username not activated kindly help me to clear this issue i try to contact my local eb office but no one pick phone.

                                    Complaint against my latest electricity bill of July -August 2021 for consumer no.[protected]. Excessively high amount Rs 1826 /- is levied based on erroneous reading 507 units of consumption. Bi-monthly consumption is normally in the range of 480 to 490 units for every reading for the past 2 years. It is requested to correct the erroneous reading of 507 units to 490 units and endorse the correct amount to be paid for the 490 units for August 2021
