Our village Munivalai, in Kallakurichi district, sankarapuram tk, 606205, is facing low voltage problem over years. This has been highlighted many times but no proper action has been taken so far. Due to this low voltage many electrical appliances failures happens, fans are not working properly, unable to use many appliances. It has become very difficult in night times and people with babies suffer a lot as fans were not running properly. This is being a continuous issue and needs a complete solution at the earliest. Request you to take faster action.

    Last month the EB bill was 700. This month's bill amount is 2886, which makes a huge difference. So, we request you to verify the readings once again and charge the bill as per it. Thank you.

      Respectfully, I am Devasitham residing at 2/326, Mappedu Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District 631402, Thiruvallur. In our area, there’s frequent & long power cut on a daily basis. The power cuts generally last for 3 to 4 hrs, due this we are unable to sleep / study properly, reason being our home appliances not working due to electricity cut. (Our Television and Fridge burned due to low voltage)

      Kindly take necessary action and reduce the duration of power cuts and low voltage.

          We are paying the bill correctly without absence. And every two months below 1500 only our bill amount will come but this month they charged around 6000/-. This is too much for us.. Please do the needful..

              Team, Good Day.
              I'm Lakshmipathy residing in 7/11 Thirukumarapuram 1st Street, Arumbakkam Chennai 600106 along with family ( 2.5 yrs old kids).. sir every day power cut is happening to my house only.. every day morning night we are continuously calling to EB mobile services. There was an issue with the EB pillar which the line is connected to my house. EB service person said few parts to be replaced then only problem will be solved. I have informed the same to Electricity board AE sir also regarding the issue.. he promised me that issue will be rectified in 2 days.(He told I will inform the line man Murali to fix it), still issue was not solved. Please look it into the issue.. Every day facing the same issue sir. we both can manage my kid is suffering a lot.

                  This is regarding the power supply in our mogappair east and 12 th block . We are often facing power supply issues in a week 2 or 3 times especially in the night. They keep daying tripped but don't resolve it on time and for hours we don't have power supply it is very difficult when there is no breeze in this climate please look into this

                        Sir, No power in 3rd, 5th and 6th Jai Nagar area, arumbakkam, chennai (ward 127)yesterday also no power. Lot of issues and complaints raised by our members, also no one is picking the phone and we are facing these problems recently. Please rectify this problem.

                              Usually our eb bill payment range between rs.500-600 but this time(July) we recieve nearly rs.1000. Could you please let us know why there's excess Bill for this month

                                We have normal household electric items only but we are facing the problem on electricity bill amount from last 1 year after changing the manual meter to electric meter, but now today (june-july 2021) bill is too high ₹1600.                                   Respect Sir/Madam,
                                  I have received the bill amount fo 7060/- for the unit consumption of 2320. Which is not actually used by us. Also person from Madipakkam EB doesn't verify the usage physically. Please reconsider my bill and help in resolving this

                                      My this month bill amount is 5 times higher than old Bill's. Last two month no one come and collect the reading. Without collecting the reading they put the bill, we paid that amount. But now they included all that measurements in this month bill. How this is possible. So kindly do the needful immediately.

                                        Residing Vallalar Street, Padhmanabaa nagar, Choolaimedu. 2 months before EB piller got burst. So regularly got fuse issue from that date. Today also gone the fuse at 1 am and given the complaint using 1912. Now almost crossed 4 hrs. We couldn't able to reach AE and local EB staff for 4 hrs. We have given the complaint lot of times, but still not taken the action. What a EB service.
