Sir, I am residing at tholkaran vattam, nayanachery, natrampalli - 635852.
i have contacted EB office @[protected] regarding 3 phase service but i didn't received any meaning full response. the person who picked up the phone is not able to answer and have no idea like when 3 phase service is enabled. from morning onwards there is no 2P/3P service available. only single phase is there, my paddy crops are falling because i'm not able to supply the water due to insufficient power supply.

could you please check and let me know any update on this.

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    We have noticed that our latest EB bill crossed more than it used ( 2021 for the month of May-July 2020 to be paid is 10, 222 ) compared to last year ( 2020 for the month of May-July 2020 amount paid is 4, 715 ). We request your technician / engineer team to process the revised bill and measure the unit consumed once again and report. The difference we see in our current bill is 5, 507, which we can not afford to pay.

    Request your immediate action on this complaint and provide the revised bill to pay back before on or before the due date.

        Sir, We are residents of Sri Devi Apartment, 3, lakshmi kanthan st T Nagar Chennai 17. There was a blast of the transformer in the sub station located in Lakshmi Kanthan street, Behind Big Bazar, Pondy bazar chennai 17.
        Due to this blast on 31st July 2021 night, one of our flat's common meter got burnt. We lodged complaint over phone and on 1st August EB person came and told to give complaint to AE for replacement of burnt meter. We gave complaint on 2nd. A new meter was fixed on payment of Rs 2700/-.
        Now due to this blast, our apartment CC TV not functionall. Nearly 12 tube lights are to be replaced in common area. One of the resident's two newly bought Air conditioners stopped working. Another residents laptop got damaged and his CCTV also got damaged. The total damage will be approximately Rs 1, 00, 000/- Kindly advise how to claim these damages due to the blast of the transformer of EB and no fault o[censored]s. Our contact number [protected].

            Dear Sir,
            I am living in Ramaiya Nagar, (Near Bhajarang Engineering College)Veppampattu, Tiruvallur District. There are 50-100 houses in Ramaiya nagar. We are facing tooooooo much of low voltage issue.
            The voltage drops less than 100V for longer time and it is not a constant voltage and due to this we couldnot sleep during night. This occurs only during the night times. We are facing this issue almost a year. We raised complaints many times but still there is no action done. Kindly do the needful action as early as possible.

                Our village Munivalai, in Kallakurichi district, sankarapuram tk, 606205, is facing low voltage problem over years. This has been highlighted many times but no proper action has been taken so far. Due to this low voltage many electrical appliances failures happens, fans are not working properly, unable to use many appliances. It has become very difficult in night times and people with babies suffer a lot as fans were not running properly. This is being a continuous issue and needs a complete solution at the earliest. Request you to take faster action.

                    Respectfully, I am Devasitham residing at 2/326, Mappedu Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District 631402, Thiruvallur. In our area, there’s frequent & long power cut on a daily basis. The power cuts generally last for 3 to 4 hrs, due this we are unable to sleep / study properly, reason being our home appliances not working due to electricity cut. (Our Television and Fridge burned due to low voltage)

                    Kindly take necessary action and reduce the duration of power cuts and low voltage.

                        We are paying the bill correctly without absence. And every two months below 1500 only our bill amount will come but this month they charged around 6000/-. This is too much for us.. Please do the needful..

                            Team, Good Day.
                            I'm Lakshmipathy residing in 7/11 Thirukumarapuram 1st Street, Arumbakkam Chennai 600106 along with family ( 2.5 yrs old kids).. sir every day power cut is happening to my house only.. every day morning night we are continuously calling to EB mobile services. There was an issue with the EB pillar which the line is connected to my house. EB service person said few parts to be replaced then only problem will be solved. I have informed the same to Electricity board AE sir also regarding the issue.. he promised me that issue will be rectified in 2 days.(He told I will inform the line man Murali to fix it), still issue was not solved. Please look it into the issue.. Every day facing the same issue sir. we both can manage my kid is suffering a lot.

                                This is regarding the power supply in our mogappair east and 12 th block . We are often facing power supply issues in a week 2 or 3 times especially in the night. They keep daying tripped but don't resolve it on time and for hours we don't have power supply it is very difficult when there is no breeze in this climate please look into this
