    With reference to the above subject, I'am currently residing at the above given address. and I was totally shocked to receive the current July'21 month electricity bill in online and the amount of Rs: 4, 116/- Since my monthly electricity bill amount generally range between Rs: 300 to Rs: 600. Bill paid details are below for your reference, but the bill for this July'21 month bill amount is ten times differ of my regular bills...

    * Date:[protected], Receipt No: PGCAXI[protected] Amount: Rs: 604

    Since I'm residing in single room and staying two aged people only and not using much electricity, whereas I already paid my all the dues also I have checked my bill in online and didn't find any outstanding Bill's or amount. As you will notice there is clearly an error in it, I therefore kindly request you to correct the current bill and issue a fresh bill with correct amount...

    I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible before bill due date...

        We don't know how to express our problems, the current cut has happening always in our area avarampalayam bus stand, jayasimman street. How cruel they are. Why these people cut the current mid night. How children's were sleep. All have suffered a lot. This won't happen previously. But these 3 months continously happening this issue. Don't you understand the problem of people. How long are we going to bear this. God knows everything. This is our fate what to do.

          Dear Sir

          I am karthikeyan residing in below address.

          We have been facing low voltage and power cut problem during whole night for past 3 days. I tried to contact concern authorities but they are not reachable.

          Please note that here families, children and people who are doing work from home are affected very much due to power outage.

                We are facing power cut problem at daily minimum 4 hours per day and power will come at low voltage (100V),
                Many villages at Arambakkam many families will have small children's, born babies, pregnant ladies and senior citizens are facing lot of problems with out power at this summer season
                Kindly do something for this power cut problem and give power with out any interrupt

                  Now we are residing at Vaidhiyar street, Kanchipuram we are experiencing a bad experience from the EB department. We are receiving very high amount of EB bill as we doesn't use that much of current supply and although we are complaining about this problem there is no proper response from the EB department. So kindly make some arrangements to reduce this over billing of current or kindly change(or check) the meter box of our house

                      my eb no[protected] my meter fault be four two months a long waiting old reading details .. So pls sport and help us.

                      i really disappointed .. average reading is too high because lock down time three months not working but bill generate 16000 + 7500 its too high ... so pls arrange the fault meter reading details ..

                        This is regarding my high extremely very high electricity bill during this month.It is about 10000/-, how come this possible.being a middle class family running with 15k salary how can I pay this.i really very very upset and heart breaking.i have never expected this .I can surely say we can't get this current bill bcz even we don't have luxurious gadgets to cross rs.1000/- .I really beg you to resolve my pblm please.

                            Hi Sir, I reside in 11/186 Murugu Nagar 4th Street, Velachery, Chennai-600042. I moved here 3 months back and having appliances at home, we are facing very frequent power cuts like today[protected] power came by 12.37AM and off by 12.38AM, again it went off by 12.39AM and yet to come back. This am facing for past 3days and this happens mostly after late evenings only. If this continues life of all my home appliances will go for toss. Kindly help us to resolve this ASAP.

                              There is a power cut often in a particular single phase in our area Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Poombhukar, Kolathur, Chennai -600099. (I am Solomon, residing in TN Chief Minister Constituency)
                              When we call the EB office, they reply it will be rectified quickly, but they take nearly one hour. Today (29/7/2021), we had power cut at 22:30 pm. The power came by 23:30 pm. Whenever call the office, we are giving full details about the power cut and specific (Single Phase) it. We get reply that there is problem at your house and no one called from your area to confirm that the power cut.
                              We need TNEB to take necessary action to sort out the problem because we are suffering lot.

                                I am Arun from Old washermenpet, Chennai.

                                I made my EB payment RS 50 online and then paid advance payment RS 3710 for future purpose. The amount of Rs 3710 is debited from my account and credited to TNEB account.

                                Now the advance payment is not deducted from my recent bill.

                                Kindly help me to get my money back.

                                I have attached the screenshot of my statement for the proof.

                                    This complaint is regarding the bill that has to be paid for the months April till July.

                                    Considering current pandemic situation I was asked to pay the pervious month ( March - April ) amount ₹560 for the month May- June. And the payment was done as mentioned by the electricity board, please refer the attached screen print.
                                    Now, I was asked to pay a total amount of ₹5574 ( for 4 months till July ) stating that we have crossed the units usage. It was the electricity board asked to pay the last month amount and now they are saying unit has been exceeded.

                                    I request immediate action / solution for the above complaint.

                                      The Eb charges has been raised Rs.1130 Comparing to previous bill. Same was enquired in concern eb office . They are saying due to Covid based on the previous bill, amount has been calculated. If it is so the amount should be less for me . And also need to check my EB meter, it's shows higher consuming since the consuming unit is less for us since we were out of station for the two weeks.
