The EB wires are going to lower level

The EB wire are going to their houses are in a low level Ann may couse life threats due to improper heigh level at any to living people in the apartment. Its need to move other side..its very serious issue....

No power from 12:30 am

From 12:30 am we are complaining, and also we went to call line man directly. But there were no response. Our children's are suffering a lot. They keep shouting and we yegi control them. How long we can stand outside. I have complained multiple times nad no response from them. Please take immediate action agaim this and help us from darkness....

In Namakkal district, Pallipalayam west side electricity board officers are corrupted and share electricity illegally to various users.
Please take action on this fraud activity done by electricity board officers in pallipalayam area.

Bill not updated

For the past two months my EB bill over online not updated it shows only 0. I have complained OT in the online and also at the office at salgramam. But they haven't resolved yet...

In vilupuram-02 mangalampet EB officers don't response to people they want commission from peoples then only they give new service because I want new service immediately you want to tell them give the service...

TNEB asking money to change power cable

Hi,

Few weeks back, TNEB digged up the road to lay some cables. On the process of doing that they puntured my power cable which was rectified temporarily and they closed the hole. Now for the last few days we are facing power issues and TNEB members are telling that it is because of the puntured cable and asking money from us for the replacement which is 13000 rupees including labour charges. I am not sure why we need to pay...

Excess billing wrong calc

Hi my coonection no.[protected] and in domestic tariif with bi monthly billing. Yesterday meter reading got and it's somewhere around 300 units and 580 should be bill.

But the unit consumed was calculated between March 2021 to July 2021 rather than May 2021 to July 2021. Hence unit is 800 and bill is 3600.

Need corrective action for the same....

I complaint about by consumed eb reading is more

As per ur msg 24.05.21 420 unit consumed and I paid Rs.890.
This month as per ur message consuming 910. But I had used 410 unit.
But u mentioned Rs. 1190.
So please check and consider my eb unit. This month I had used only 410 units....

Double billing for july 2021

Eb staffs didnt came to take the readings for the month of may and billing was as per the old bill cycle which was march month, The calulation of billing was wrong for the month of july becoz as per our govt slab rates billing is made as per less than 500 units user and more than 500 units user, though our usage was 400 per month but billing was less for the month of may and more for the month of july, this is totally wrong...
