    Wrong SMS Receiving and Reminder from EB office for payment remittance

    I am V. Mariappan residing at 50, Karunanithi Nagar, Sowripalayam, Coimbatore - 641 028. My Mobile Number is :[protected].

    I have been receiving SMS for Consumer No:[protected].

    The above said Consumber No: is not mine. It is for somebody else.
    Last Week i have received a call from Electricity office for EB reminder.
    Hene i request you not to send SMS relating to that Service Connection to me....

    Hi Team,
    My EB Number:[protected], this month changed my Meter reading, but got the bill 8380/ we are not using this home for last 3 month it was locked and new meter is switched off. kindly suggest what we need do this amount?

        At dindigul area power cut for regular basis at night and day also we are facing many difficult ... Place take any necessary step to take for solving this issue...

        One more suggestions if any particular area /district if have power off give message to all particular area customer .

                My EB line SC.No.[protected] bill charge has come as RS.380/- the due date for the same is on 29.06.2021. As the house portion was vacate from March 15th to till date. We don't know how the current bill has come to RS.380/-.

                Sc.No.[protected] bill charge is RS.1912/- for the past 3 years the current bill has not crossed RS.1150/- that is the maximum charge we received once.
                We kindly request you to look to the issue and correct our current bill charges for the above 2 lines, as we have to pay the current bill tomorrow.

                      The house is locked for past 6 to 7 months till date.
                      I did not receive any bills for previous month's.
                      I paid the amount to TNEB reserving my right to ask for clarification in this regard.
                      Please go into my account and if any error is there, treat this payment of Rs350 as advance payment.

                            TNEB connection No[protected]

                            The above meter is not working since March 2021 and we have already submitted a complaint letter dated: 20-Mar-2021 regarding faulty EB meter and requested for replacement.

                            However till date, the meter has not been replaced.

                            Because of faulty meter, we were charged extra during last month. Kindly do the needful on priority.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,
                              In sainagar 3 main road area thoraipakkam, unusual power cuts, mostly daily on mornings and in mid night's, we have not slept many nights. Yesterday there was a cable which was burning and they fixed it late night. After 3.30 mid night only we slept. But today for small rain they cut the power. Now it is 3.53 am.. so still we are not sleeping and waiting for the power. This has to be addressed immediately. Other areas there is no such power cuts frequently. Why in sai nagar thoraipakkam always mostly daily power cuts? This is uncommon . No one answering the phone calls in thoraipakkam EB office. We residence of sainagar are depressed and highly upset on EB service in sainagar Thoraipakkam.
                              Kindly address the issue please.
