ஐயா வணக்கம் நான் தேனி மாவட்டம் சின்னமனுர் அருகில் உள்ள கீழப்பூலானந்தபுரம் என்ற ஊரில் வசிக்கிறேன், நான் ஒரு விவசாயி, எங்க ஊரில் விவசாய பயன்பாட்டுக்கு இரண்டு transform அமைத்து உள்ளார்கள் அதில் ஒன்று பழுதடைந்து ஒரு வருடம் ஆகிறது, அதனால் கிழக்கு ஒருநாள் மேற்கு ஒருநாள் மாற்றி மாற்றி இணைப்பு கொடுக்கிறார்கள், அந்த இணைப்பையும் ஒழுங்காக கொடுப்பதில்லை, கையூட்டு பெற்றுக்கொண்டு காலதாமதம் ஏற்படுத்துகிறார்கள், இதனால் விவசாய நிலத்திற்கு தண்ணீர் பாய்ச்ச முடிவதில்லை, பயிர்கள் காய்ந்து போகிறது, ஆகவே தயவு கூர்ந்து பழுதடைந்த transformer-ஐ மாற்றி தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

    I am Dipika badalia - consumer number[protected], The concerned shop associated to this consumer ID is closed and no use of electricity past 12 months. We are paying the bill cycle every time it’s due, When I checked the current billing status for April -May 2021 the amount showing more than 10 thousand rupees.which seems any mistake in billing amount. I request Kindly check the meter unit used, and charged with the actual, I will be thankful to you

      Sir,
      For past 1.6 yrs due to covid am at my home town leaving the tenant house. Till last month there were no units being charged . But this month I have been charged with 700 unit, without even going to Chennai . Now as am in my hometown in another state can't physically present to complain in EB office. Please need your support to resolve this for consumer no:-[protected], (Chennai South, Nandambakkam)

      Can you please check & update on urgent basis .

        Address: Peace Garden Apartment , Plot no51/18, Flat no 4, First floor,

        Consumer No. [protected]

        We rented this house in February 2021. Bill for the month of April was Rs.380/-. But for May 2021 the bill amount is Rs.2100/- which corresponds to the amount for the month of May 2019.

        I herewith send a video regarding the Reading taken for this purpose.

        hence I request to make me available the correct amount to be paid for this month

          Service number[protected]
          We got high amount of bill ( cc charge) which we won't get always. This month we received a message with high amount whereas we consumed less amount of current. The bill is high as compared to previous months.

            Some one has set fire using dried leaves under the electric pole wantedly. please take action to stop this fire and find the person doing this .

                I really feel very stressed and depressed about the LT and HT lines which is running very nearer 1 to 2 feet along the sides of my building.. i have paid the forwarded the letter before 1 and half month and paid the amount before 2 weeks for moving these lines from the positions.. but AE incharge lady and her assistant here in our area is very arrogant in her attitude and not responsible regarding this issue when i forwarded.. i feel scared and threat and no safety for our lives because of lines which is running along the sides.. kindly request you to consider this issue which is life threatening

                  Hello,

                  My Name is Swaminathan ( Service number [protected]) and my house in Selaiyur Tambaram is not occupied for last one year because of my father relocating with me post my Mother passing away.

                  My Address
                  G, 4A CROSS STREET
                  RAJESHWARI NAGAR and Service number [protected] and as per the bill generation date of 08/06/2021, which is done "As per last assessment amount billed" has come for Rs 3166.

                  My last 5 bills have come as zero which is also evident as a it remained unoccupied. Even Last year same time it was not occupied.

                  I would request authorities to review and make correction to this billing as this is tough times and paying this additional amount is not going to be feasible.

                    நான் திருவாரூர் மாவட்டம், திருவாரூரில் வசித்து வருகிறேன் நேற்று தைக்கால் தெருவில் (சுடுகாடு செல்லும் வழியில் உள்ளது)உள்ள மின் நிலையத்திற்கு சென்றேன். மீட்டர் உள்ள unit- யை இரண்டு நாள்களுக்கு முன்பு கொடுத்திருந்தேன். நேற்று மின்கட்டணம் செலுத்த பணம் எவ்வளவு என்று கேட்டேன். அதனை காதில் கூட வாங்காமல் கவனிக்க வில்லை. பின்பு திரும்ப திரும்ப குப்பிட்டு கேட்ட பொழுது அவதுறாக பேசி, உங்களுக்கு பதில் சொல்ல அவசியம் கிடையாது. மொபைல்-கு msg வரும் என்னால் சொல்ல முடியாது உனக்கு பதில் சொல்ல சம்பளம் வாங்கவில்லை என்றும், தகாத வார்த்தைளால் பேசி அவமானம் படுதிவிட்டார். இது எனக்கு மட்டும் நடக்கவில்லை. அங்கு வருபவர் சில பேருக்கும் இதே நிலைமை தான்.இன்று சென்ற எனது வீட்டு ஓனர்-கும் இதை நிலைமை அவர் இன்று சொல்லி ஓயவில்லை வயது முதியவர். பதில் அளிக்க முடில என்றாவது பரவா இல்லை அவதுறாகவும் பேசுகின்றனர்.

                      Address: Pullani, Near pullani rc church , nattalam west .Kanyakumari dist

                      Yesterday and Today evening over voltage received from power line. Nearby houses also observed the same. Location: Pullani- Near RC church. Raised a complaint to EB office- Tholayavattam-(Killiyur) KAnyakumari District-629157. Still not resolved.

                      For the last 2 months low voltage was received frequently. Line Man "Vincent" attitude in giving response to us is worst. He thinks he is the boss here. Taking bribe for connection issues in post - service line loose Contacts.

                      We will wait for one more day and the same will be escalated to respective Government authorities (Collectorate) if not sorted out.

The online charges shows rs.15178 whereas the current consumed is 1900 units (current reading is 77680) and it comes around only 11000. Please correct the reading and the charges to the present given value so that it makes convenient to pay during this cocid hardship period. Thanks.

                                  This is Subramanian, I used to stay in Ambal Nagar, Pallikaranai. But now i have not stayed in the flat for more than a year, as i am in outside of town. But June month bill shows very high as Rs 1040. Also last 6 months bill cycle was Rs 0 except this month, If they asked to pay the bill of previous month it will be Rs 0 only. But not sure why they put Rs.1040 and it is not been used as much as this unit its unoccupied in the flat.
                                  So please check this issue and revert the bill as we did not stay in the flat.

                                      going below 120 volt suddenly maximum voltage getting 190 volt and UNABLE TO START OUR DAILY USAGE DEVICES & GETTING FAULT FREQUENTLY. our tv grinder water pump motor damaged and repaired. unable to sleep on night bec fan will not run in speed.

                                      informed to our Section 456-Arumanthai, also informed to AE sir, no steps have been taken so far.

                                      i have raised a complaint on below website.. and the complaint was raised on may 20th, simply closed within 2 days, but my issue was not resolved now more than 20 days over still not. given an answer by mail stating we done heavy work to resolve the issue and the issue got resolved, build-up is more here, no work has been done.

                                        Hi Sir/Madam,
                                        This is Ramesh, I used to stay in lake view road, west mambalam. But now i have not stayed in the flat as i am in outside of town. We unplugged the fuse box as well in my flat as we are not there, But this month(june) bill shows very high as Rs 3628. Also previous month bill was Rs 100, If they they asked to pay the bill of previous monthe it will be like Rs only, But not sure why they put Rs. 3628 and it not been used as much as this unit its unoccupied in the flat.
                                        So please check this issue and revert the bill as we did not stay in the flat.
