      Hi with reference to the consumer number [protected], please note due to Pandemic, the staff was unable to take the reading which was due during this week, whereas I have received the bill thru the app for an amount of INR 7654. I don't have an AC at my home, no iron box usage, no grinder in use and no other heavy usage, also note it's a single phase service only. Kindly check and advis how to proceed further.         We are residing at annai theresa street santhosh nagar teachers colony kolathur chennai
        Here power is getting off on daily basis on an uneven times. Like morning 30 min, afternoon 1hr and evening 1hr.
        This is happening past 4 weeks and no proper response from concern person. Being kolathur a responsible place who handled by good leader because of these mistakes and no response the name get spoiled.

            We are residing in nakkala kattai village which comes under Ettaiyapuram taluk. We are facing power cuts daily from 2 hours to 8 hours.
            power cuts are happening mostly from last two to three weeks and it's very hard to inquiry EB officials during power cuts as they don't pick our call.

              Sir, my house was locked on 22nd March 21, I am help up in other states, I have paid RS 350/. In April 21 through online, but now I found the TNEB MENTIONED ME TO PAY RS 680/. IN JUNE 21. sir I am retired have to vacate my quarters in July 21. So please intervene in this matter and solve my problem in earliest to avoid extra payment. Please help me. C.no[protected].

                  Sir, my electricity charges Rs.4427 for SC.No.[protected] on May month end my house owner received the bill amount on his mobile number. Last 2 and half months my Air conditioner not working then how come we receive this much bill?

                    My eb bill is taken for the year 2019 .. We're I have paid 8842 and the same bill is generated.. I have already made the payment. Hence I require a refund as this is ridiculous

                    The last meter reading march 31 2021 was 17400 and reading taken for may 31 2021 is 18528.hence the unit was consumed is 1138 and after minus the 100 free units it would be 1028.hence I have paise excess which is 8842.Hence I would require the next billing to be adjusted accordingly..

                        I am residing in Metukuppam Thoraipakkam Chennai. For the last two months, eb bill is increased by almost 4000. We are two in a family with a single phase connection, we are not using any power consuming device then how the bill will be increased to 5300. Usually it will be within 500. In previous year during the same month our eb bill was increased and this is happening this month as well. I have attached the bill .Please investigate on this and kindly do the needful.

                          HELLO SIR, today when i checked tangedco website to pay my E.B bill for the following service numbers, it is showing invalid consumer number .I EVEN PAID LAST MONTH AND IT WAS WORKING FINE. BUT NOW ALL OF a sudden, its showing invalid consumer number. i request you to please reactivate my service numbers, so that i can pay my E.B bills.

                          This is Arumugasamy from Arupukottai.
                          We have been billed Rs.2770 and Rs.260 for current month which is due on 22/06/2021.
                          We were not supposed to get any amount because we are out of town since August 2020 and no one resides there since then.
                          I'm not able to register complaint in TNEB site as well.

                            Dear Sir

                            My Name is Kesavan residing in No 6 Krishnapuram Vepambattu.
                            Pls be noted I noted in online that the amount of Rs.2658/- for 230 units consumed to be paid by me before 16.06.2021 which seems that amount has been updated which I paid last consumption period of Feb and March 2021 due to Lockdown.
                            I need to give some explanation reg this Pls note the amount which I paid for the month of Feb and Mar 2021 is on the basis of Commercial connection and from 08.03.2021 the connection has changed from Commercial to Domestic basis...
                            If you calculate with unit consumed now of 230 units on the basis Domestic the amount will be around Rs 320/- which around 10 times less the. Which u billed now. As due to covid19 financial crisis I can't able to afford the huge difference amount... Hence I kindly request to rectify the amount and update in the system to pay the amount and details of the connection below.

                                My consumer no is [protected].It comming under chennai south Karamvakkam, porur region.Normally I will get a bill of Rs 7000 to 8000 Rs maximum.My unit consumption would be between 1500 to 1800 units for two months This month reading was not taken in our flat.But I received the bill for Rs 20260.This is very abnormal and not acceptable.This is only for me.Most of the residents are getting this much bill only.So kind check the meter reading and refund the amount.My no is [protected]
