Hi,
I have an account with tneb portal since 2011 and have been paying my bills online.
I haven't been able to login since monday (January 13, 2020) and when i try to reset, it says that my login is invalid.
I tried to login from multiple devices and the problem still persists. I have cleared my cache also and tried, but to no luck.
I have got to pay my eb this month and i do not have the reading entered in the card also as i was out when the eb people visited our place.
I have multiple consumer numbers added to my login and all the bills get paid online every time.
Looking forward to a solution to revive my account at the earliest so i will be able to pay my bills. Was this information helpful? |
