Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Bill amount very high

Sir, my electricity charges Rs.4427 for SC.No.[protected] on May month end my house owner received the bill amount on his mobile number. Last 2 and half months my Air conditioner not working then how come we receive this much bill?
