[Resolved] Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Bill Payment Failed - Refund not issued | |
I made a TNEB bill payment of Rs.1100 on 08-May-2021 for consumer number [[protected]] through INDIAN BANK net banking. The amount was debited from my bank account but the payment failed at the final step during receipt generation. Then I tried again through SBI net banking and the payment was successful. The status for the first transaction shows "Recommended for Refund" but not refunded even after 7 business days. Refund sent date is also not shown. I raised complaint 2 times in TNEB portal, and got reply that "The transaction is successful based on bank statement". But it does not reflect either in the TNEB account or credited back to bank account. Kindly help to resolve the issue and process the refund. Was this information helpful? | |
