I am a tenant, living in rented house. Last month, i paid the bill rs.180 (March). With same consumption, now my bill amount is rs.800. And there they mention cc charge 590.00, cc deposit 210.00. This cc deposit will be paid by tenant or house owner to whom the meter is belongs. I am staying in rent. Hw do i pat cc deposit? What exactly it cover in electric bill. Please explain
